I'm swamped at work. But wanted to pop in and say Hey! Keep it up! This is the place to be crypto, and its nice to see all the new names here. So the thread is pushing 300 page now! And we're on the cusp of the anniversary of the Wolong pump! is that, Feb 7? Do you think Wolong will make an appearance, just for ol' times sake? Fyrstikken has been calling him out in his sad videos, so who knows. Lol.

You should all be so lucky as to have the chance to talk cryptos to a fellow geek five days a week. 'IndiaMikeZulu' -- basically me and Ian -- chats once a day. Fantastic conversation today:
what if opposition to 'mindless austerity' holds GFC Two off? What if ALL Governments just PRINTED MONEY?
Answer: well, it might would work for a while; but then people would realise that saving was impossible, and would revert to RARE instruments of exchange, like physical or crypto bullion.

Is there any estimate how many members UNO community has? As far as I know, I am astonished on the number of passive wallets in UNO community. If you browse through top 100 wallet adresses, there are more than enough wallets that have been passive for months, some even more than 1 year. Looks like a huge part of UNOs are located in strong hands.

Hey guys! You've got a very interesting project here and one that seems to me that it will be a very sustainable investment for a long-term hold I got a bit of mining spare power this month and will be directing a few GH/s your way! Hope the coin goes on for another successful year! Wishing you and the core dev team the best during these crazy days All the best, Vya

Yes, T.C.; and one of the express aims of Un-Ex is to 'funnel' back into this community amounts of Uno that might otherwise wind up elsewhere. [And think about this: the equity DVC that we add to DVC's market cap will allow us to use 'Unobtanium' without it ever leaving its wallet, and to do so on an unhackable exchange.]

I suspect that the Winkelvoss EFT will go live towards the middle of the year: perhaps between June and August. This will cause an initial jump in price, perhaps to 400+. Then it may dip as some take profits. After that, I believe that it will increase at a steady, relatively linear rate. When the halving occurs, 2016, we will see another relatively big jump in price.
My price predictions are as follows: end of 2015, near $500. end of 2016, near $700.
Philogus Interesting. The most probable BTC model I've seen. Dec 2015, near $500. Dec 2016, near $700. Plenty of time for UNO to move up, and if not catch-up. But my BTC model call is Dec 2015, near $50. Dec 2016, near $125. (so I hope) Uno's low inflation becomes much more apparent to the Masses the lower BTC dips.

It may not happen overnight but after a few years this might be pretty damn expensive coin, and the persons selling now will regret bitterly if this happens.

I guess it is their own way to do their exit from Bitcoin. But ETF indeed will bring bitcoin to new level as Wall Street money starts flooding into bitcoin. However, to do this it requires a lot of hype around the ETF. I am sure there will be great amount of hype around it.

I'm not sure what you're referring to, but UNO is not the same as UNB. The thread for UNB is here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=539945.0Personally have had no interaction with UNB, but a quick perusal of the thread gives one the impression of a typical pump and dump?

I don't know about Unbreakable, but I did see a coin that made me laugh just from the name - Unattainium. Good job Unattainium devs, I'm sure that one will catch on and have a bright future. The name already told me everything I need to know about the coin, no further research necessary.

Hmmm . . . two of UNB's claims to fame -- IRC support and their auction site -- are community initiatives not technical offerings. Interesting. And moving right along: http://uk.reuters.com/article/2015/02/03/us-usa-fed-kocherlakota-qe-idUKKBN0L72BA20150203This article made the hair on the back of my neck stand up. Why? cause 'bond-buying' is QE. QE is dead; long live 'bond-buying'!! The point is that All This is front-and-centre relevant to cryptos. GFC Two now? or later? Bail-ins? Hyper-inflation?
