Someone just bought all the Uno on Bittrex up to .005. These cheap prices won't last long much longer.

That dump resulted in a lot of withdrawing from Bittrex, there are now less user coins there than 'Cryptsy coins'. Let's keep it up, BlueMan has a point that exchanges will continue to fail, the less UNO concentrated on any one exchange the better, & currently Bittrex has the biggest stash. I'll be buying & withdrawing from Bittrex for the foreseeable future.

It's been months since I suggested that I may attempt to learn to code to create a Cryptopia bot. Of course, I have not read so much as a sentence on coding. I have been spending all of my time in the lab, researching biomedical gerontology, poker, etc. I think it's just not realistic for me, but I find that I still have a healthy share of UNO & we're in a cozy situation: Blue man just caught a fortune of UNO & ran off with it cheering. Vern's funds are confiscated & locked up. All of the regulars have been buying & hoarding. We have more markets than ever.
For real, our market aggression has paid off beautifully. For our market cap our stats are strong. We just need to improve two things:
#1. Continue to reduce % of UNO on exchanges, focusing on Bittrex.
#2. Cryptopia arbitrage bot.
I'll post more later, please discuss.

I might suggest picking up some python. My expertise is also not necessarily in software development but in the scientific arena and I can vouch for how handy it is to be able to analyse raw data using pylab/scilab/numpy/matplotlib etc. If you've ever used Matlab I've found the transition to be not too difficult. There are many bitcoin tools out there that are in python and may help

i see a bot on bleutrade, fairly easy to push it to the programmed limits on the spread Cryptopia arbitrage bot (i am guessing) is part of the Cryptopian experience. Very fast, and this helps tune the UNO based markets to the BTC spot rate. Also think team Cryptopia plans to arb all the markets [bittrex, polo, btc38, bter] for you. If this is the case then Cryptopia is very handy for posting support and resistance positions, because it will be actively seeking the best BTC spot rate (bittrex); however Cryptopia will likely hold claim for best spot rate for uno/ltc, uno/doge, and uno/ftc ... so naturally it will narrow the uno/btc spreads there too. thus, bittrex will dominate less on spot but will still be the preferred exchange for trades of large amounts. The other exchanges are great for posting chucks of lower support and higher resistance. (spreads the wealth and risk around). c-cex is very interesting for testing a $usd market, and Cryptopia just added EDRC (and if not a scam) is claiming to be a dollar priced coin ... but their literature is vague, some HongKong tycoon is backing it, thus extreme caution/skepticism ... long story short ... UNO is positioned for 2 $-markets! in general i find bots annoying at this level, but as the UNO market evolves ... yeah we will need to employ them ... so keep looking ahead ... it is 'programable' money after all

That's right. My thinking is: if everyone finished dumping on the low prices, buyers will take over again easily. Most Uno is stored away. Fundamentals for Uno are looking awsome. Price should catch up quick or slow, but sure. Maybe also keep the remaining 2k-wallet in the back of the head as it wasn't withdrawn so far. It could also belong to someone completely random who just happened to have lowball oders up during the cryptsy-shenangians? There just was a lot of coin reshuffled last month, that's for sure. Historically these prices could be considered 'longterm-floor' in btc-price; actually looks like a generally good deal to me if there won't be anymore bad surprises soon. But at some point the bad surprises need to run out of ammo too

After absorbing 6 tons in an instant, the UNO market is very sluggish.
Cryptopia had a little action today. Bittrex still at a stand still, with buy orders at .0041, while it can be bought up to .0051 for less than .06 bitcoin.

How much would a reliable Cryptopia arbitrage bot with simple UI cost from a reliable coder? $1,000? $2,000?
Instead of automatically shifting to be the top bid at lowest cost (or lowest ask at highest value), it can be based on a ~+4% profit from the bitcoin markets. If other traders use the bot bids/asks as benchmarks to place slightly higher/lower orders then we've still achieved something major: liquidity and fair pricing in the UNO/ALT markets.
