Please, where do I look to find the daily volume of transactions on the Uno blockchain?
Bit clunky, but if you go to the block explorer - https://chainz.cryptoid.info/uno/ - it includes the number of transactions in each block - usually just the coinbase transaction by the looks of things - show as many blocks as you need, copy the block data and then paste into Excel or similar, you can then analyse the data as you want; I.e. Get a days worth of blocks - 480 on 3 minute blocks I think - then sum all the transaction counts and subtract one for each block (to exclude the coinbase transactions). Much easier: just realised the overview tab on the explorer looks as though it does that for you - showing only the non-coinbase transactions aggregated for each day. Though I haven't looked at it in detail.

Boy howdie, I'm gonna watch this with interest! Some months ago, I'm sure I recall F.K. calling for assistance with the Reddit thread. No response. Now he's calling for help at Cryptocointalk . . . Without Falling Knife's endless investment of time and energy, Uno would likely be on the scrap heap within a year. (OMG! Did he just say that out loud!)

Knife got us to page 700, no doubt. May his endless investment of time and energy be well rewarded by page 1400, or page 1337, that be neat!

Yes, some bad luck there. Everything is moving along nicely now. Over the long term, KGW allows UNO to average 3 minute blocks. In the short term, though, you can have anomalies like this.

Great article; and here's t'other thing, tucked away at the bottom:' . . . It's also worth mentioning that exchange volume doesn't make up as much of global bitcoin trade as one might assume.' http://www.coindesk.com/estimating-data-china-real-bitcoin-trading-volumes/And we pored over this one, published over a year ago: https://vinnylingham.com/the-1-dont-use-bitcoin-exchanges-ff019774d886#.ya1mbb70sAnd Ian Ridgwell and I were focussed on this by mid-2013. Here we are, trading bullion for cryptos on a P2P exchange: Latest posts of: indiamikezulu - Bitcointalk.org https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=159058;sa=showPostsDec 1, 2013 - Article on Yacoin/ Yacoinaustralia[ EDIT] What's my point? Unobtanium is the perfect instrument for big-ticket-slow-motion trades. IMHO that would involve us trading large quantities of other cryptos; but as Bitcoin National has figured out, Uno would simply remain 'home base.' The difficult part for most to grasp is the need to move on from the pump-n-dump 'subtext' that dominates communities at present. Instead: Uno goes down, buy some; Uno goes up, sell some.

I'll ask F.K. to comment on this:
isn't a suite of six trading-pairs -- PAK TRC XMR LTC BTC DOGE -- the biggest Uno has ever had?

UNO at the current price is in my opinion, a steal. I own about 15 UNO atm. Someone needs to make an UNO app for the ledger nano hardware wallet, there is already DOGE, BTC, LTC, ETH, ZCash, etc apps for the ledger nano. For now, i have my UNO on a paper wallet. I am considering buying £1k worth of uno, but that would be 1/25th the total supply at the current prices. Plus the uno that was lost in cryptsy would make UNO hard to come by. Got no intention of dumping anything on the market either, all my crypto holdings are long term investments.
We've been discussing Uno on Ledger or similar. [Ooooooh -- I just got legendarised!!]

UNO in a nut shell. IMZ just summed up in very few words a very BIG idea.

there are some claiming C-Cex of dishonest behavior. i have no deposits with them but the claimants state that withdraws sometimes never arrive. C-Cex ought just be patient if UNO goes up or down x% then they will catch some volume.
