When he played for Manchester United and now at Barcelona, it is clear Rashford definitely has never deserved £325,000 per week. As for his market value, £26 million is very cheap therefore as Barcelona are struggling for cash they will probably reject the option to buy him. That means there will be other clubs that will be willing to make a bid as long as he is willing to take a pay cut. I cannot see him going back to Manchester United.

Did you hear about Sterling and Chelsea coming together to terminate his contract early? He is a free agent now and can sign for any club that is willing to take a chance on him.

That's a cheap deal all thanks to Amorim but I'm certain Barcelona won't be able to afford it, they're just going to milk him and let him go after the season so they will be able to register another kid in his place. He's worth more than £26m in today's market but no where near £325k/week.

I mean sure...  But compare the pressure a manager receives between Real Madrid and Liverpool, from what we've seen the Real Madrid brass is way more demanding with their managers than the guys at Fenway Sports Group. 

Alonso will prolly be give another season in Liverpool and his history at the club will be seriously considered...  In Real Madrid?  Nope! 

Real Madrid are used to winning, they give their managers the best they could so the pressure is normal if things aren't going well. When you come to a club as big as Madrid, you're expected to start winning trophies from the first season no excuses.

The fans have got no respect for anyone there, their love language is trophy, if you're not winning, you're enemy.

Liverpool waited 30yrs to win their first EPL title - that's a lot of patient.

Yup...  It takes a special kind of manager to manage at Real Madrid.  Guys like the Mourinho old, Zidane, Ancelotti have 'it'.  And it's either you have 'it' or you don't.  With Alonso, not saying that he doesn't have 'it'.  I'm just saying that an unbeaten run for one season in the Bundesliga doesn't really tell us if he really has 'it'. 

Anyway, hearing things that if Alonso gets the Liverpool job he'll revamp the whole squad and they're saying he might need 400m GBP.  I don't think that's gonna jive with FSG's money ball centric philosophy.

Is he aware Slot just spent 500m a few months ago? If those players ain't good enough to make something out of them then he's definitely not the one for the job. No way he's getting anything near that amount unless he wins the league.
