I just realized that our betting history is only available a week after that it will be deleted by the system I bet on many sites usually the system deletes the history after one year  betfury has a different system.

That's indeed something that can be improved, it doesn't make sense that the bet history would already be deleted after 1 month. I checked out their sportsbook when they launched but haven't really paid attention to it anymore. I miss some good promotions like a risk free bet or something similar.

I feel like it could be about how much bet you have? I mean if you have 2 bets in the last 1 year, then finding the last one could be easier, if you had 1 billion bets then finding one would be harder or might be gone. I can see it too, I do not know why others can't, but I gambled a little compared to most people, like just 100-150 bets per day and I am done for that day, so considering it is like 4-5k bets per month, I am guessing it would be easier to save mine and that is why I assumed some other people couldn't see theirs.

I seriously can't even imagine turning 340 into 7.5k, that is a seriously big achievement and I couldn't do that at all. It is definitely something that should be congratulated, it is a big achievement. Staking does sound like the way to go, that way you would basically be making enough BFG for the rest of your life to gamble away if you want to, or you could make a profit basically and just grow it.

It seems strange to me there is no caution about trx withdrawal. There isn't a support for any other TRC20 network address except for your personal one, but shouldn't the withdrawal window include more details about it? As users, we are entitled to know all the details. I had previously withdrawn funds from a casino site to Trust Wallet, and guess what? Lost my funds! Since then, I've been using Binance personal wallet.

This is what I did a few weeks ago when requesting withdrawal i use personal address then first withdraw with a small amount when the withdrawal has been processed without any problems then we can withdraw all funds it's just a matter of patience better to spend a few minutes but everything is safe.

If the site you withdraw to does not support TRX from a any contract address you should avoid using such address for withdrawal and also make sure to use personal none custodial wallets when withdrawing funds from any site. I think betfury admin may have little to do to help you but try to contact your receiving address support for help.

That last part of your statement is very useful, it will avoid losing your funds, it's true that the transaction fee using trx chain is very cheap you can test it using small amount before depositing huge funds, lesson and also to be aware others not to do the same mistake, Betfury would be aware after reading comments about this concern and may adjust immediately if they can place additional information about this matter..

It may be only an error that happens, but commonly will be fixed again after clearing it.
