Totally agree to this. Casino ToS nowadays always generalized and includes a clause that will play safe for them in case they failed to update the list of restricted countries.

It is same on centralized exchanges too and they write many terms in their ToS, but these terms are all skewed toward their business side in case something happens. Users usually don't care about these terms, or they can read these terms but think that it will be unlikely for these things happen with them, and ignore disadvantage in business terms.

Unfortunately, if bad things happen, users will have big disadvantage while business always have big advantage with terms of service they wrote.

Isn't this statement very open end that they do not allow customers who are residents of the countries which have dependencies or military base for the US ? This can be very confusing there is always an element of argument in this discussion and a country may not be a "military bases" before but may enter in that classification on any geopolitical change.

A country can enter or exit in the definition of "Restricted Jurisdiction" and the gambler may not be aware of it. You let me play, withdraw and deposit no problem from germany. But once I won a bit, you asked me to complete full KYC and banned me right after completing KYC without any option of withdrawing my money. That is called scamming and German cybercrime agency already got my report filing.

1. I did read the TOS, it does not exclude german users - the restricted countries are hidden in a sub page that has no direct links to Chips.gg Main page/TOS.
2. Their VIP Manager had full information about me being from germany and still invited me to the page + IP Geolocation logs that the site has.
3. I agree that the account can be closed - but not without letting me withdraw my money.

I have checked on this user's screenshot. He claimed he does not own an account at the casino but posts a screenshot that shows a Session ID, IP and Device - details that can only originate from an active session. It is probably not from the actual site, I asked 2 friends if they get this Pop-Up, neither of them does.
If you check his profile, you can see he is an affiliate of the casino and benefits financially from them blossoming.
