Are you serious? I don't protect Chips.gg but this is a forum called Bitointalk, it's not Chip's forum, nor is it their duty to solve problems here and I'll even say they shouldn't be using Bitcointalk for solving problems directly on this platform. They have a support chat and people should use that chat to solve problems. It's definitely okay and normal to post issues here if someone doesn't get their problem solved because posting here is a good reminder for the casino to solve the case and prioritize it but the further communication happens via email.
Each platform has their own home to handle things, issues, supports for their customers. No company will share details of their customer support here, in the Bitcoin forum. Additionally, they have terms in their ToS to protect information of customers privately too, and they will resolve issues with customers in their customer support lines like chat assistance first, then support ticket.

If they want, they can share kind of limited information here, and other third party sites like CasinoGuru, but not in full details. Other casinos behave the same too, and it's not big deal if they don't want to share information publicly here.

Well, well, hold on please. I believe you are not the same guy who was handling the account before. Chipsgg used to write well detailed explanation to users when they ask questions. I understand you do not offer support through BitcoinTalk, but you can always talk to the person who is responsible for that. Every casino representative provides answer to the questions by the players. Now you are denying that you do not offer support through BitcoinTalk. Why? What is wrong? This is not how casinos expand their business in forum. They maintain their reputation by helping users.

I think answering question here is different from solving issues of their gamblers. If they want all issues raised on their site thru their support I guess this is more better option they could do so that they can placed everything in single place.

Compare if they take care on multiple platforms then maybe they may experience more delay especially that not every time they are here answering every question made by people.

So I guess best solution for gamblers if they encounter an issue is to follow what their representative recommend to do and they should raise their issue if many days or weeks past but still their issue has not handled well by their support.

And I don't even understand if they have a problem they should contact chipps on their customer service bringing any issue most are just chasing attention because the polite thing to do when their is a problem contact the customer service if even the representative in forum instead of dragging chipps and claiming they are supporting chipps we all know the right thing to do why prolong the issue. And am sure that no matter what the issue moght be it might take long to resolve but they will definitely fix it, because they won't want anything that will affect their own reputation that's for sure.

To be fair to them some customer service responds slowly, so they feel the need to bring more attention to their issues so they get solved faster. I think it's fine for people to post their issues on this forum even if they get told that they need to reach out for support. At the very least they can bring the attention to the campaign manager or any reputable members who have experience with Chips.

@joniboini already stated for the response, I have some experience dealing with the Live support. They didn't even reach me back after they told me to wait for the answer within several weeks. Plus, some cases could be controversial and need third parties or moderated to evaluate the case (It's the case problem on user side or casino). If you contacted in Live-chats or customer service casino (Even the casino was wrong, they will protect the casino cause is their platform).



BTW, nothings problem for bringing the case cause customer have some rights about it, and also part of customer service from casino are required attention. Not everything is always bad, just take a bright side. If "CHIPS" can solved or process every case are being opened in here doesn't mean CHIPS are a good platform ? They're responding and process the case.

Yes I am. When I did I say that they have to solve problems in the forum? You should know, that a user does not come to the forum directly. At first, then contact the live support, and then they came to the forum. If live support does not help, then asking questions in the forum is not surprising at all. What I expected from the chipsgg rep is, they could at least forward the case to the team and ask them to review, which all other casino representatives do. So, what did you see wrong here?

The casino representative posted three reply to that user and all of them are same. Their response could be better. I am wearing chips.gg signature does not mean I will defend them by default. I appreciated their previous actions when they answered to questions, and I won't hesitate to criticize them if I see they are not doing something good.

If your account is flagged, the investigation could indeed take several days or more, sadly. I've seen it in other casinos. From a user-standpoint, the whole thing can be very jarring the longer it takes, no matter which angle you look at.

But if it's any consolation, chipp.gg has a good repu in the forum and cares about it. They probably just need to run their usual checks. Otherwise, you have the option to open a scam accusation thread and seek help from a reputed mediator.

I see they answered you in the screenshot, and told you to wait. The Customer Staff who answered you in the chat is not a person from Compliance team of their company so make sure you understand it that your case is investigated by their Compliance Team, and maybe more related team. When they finish their investigation on your account, they will give you a final answer, that will not be in the chat, but in your Support Ticket and / or email.

You only need to be panic if they answer you in the chat as "Your case is close, and your account is banned permanently, no more withdrawal will be approved". In fact, so far they did not answer you anything similar to this, so don't feel too panic. Let's wait!

they are not even providing him an ETA on how long this review will take. the chat support is obviously just doing their job, but it's the same answer they have been giving him for days.

I'm not sure of the specifics but any kind of red tape deal can be beyond frustrating.    I wont say its normal because I dont know the detail but its not unheard of to have delays, I wouldn't worry purely on that reason alone.   

   I had involvement with a mainstream company who for years accepted crypto because it all used to be way more light touch at that point.   Then one day wanted to verify details with me and I already given them all my actual photo id and it was a similar sort of wait process.   For my specific case with large figures it took months, some of that was early pandemic era but still it was kinda ridiculous & just because it was a new process for them to deal with crypto paperwork I think.

  What was the problem I never found out but no doubt they had new instructions from some regulator.   Part of why I had to verify I guess is just because prices went up, it was about the price of gold in that case not just crypto but inflation has not been small over the years so its unsurprising prices rise of many assets go way up & not my fault that I trigger some limit for whatever causes bigger checks.   Anyway happily it was resolved in the end just the delay was a pain to deal with.

This year my bank did some similar thing where it tags activity,  they needed me to confirm my name at another bank is also just me rotating cash between accounts.  The computer cant figure that out apparently and that took some weeks.

Good to hear that the case has been solved. However, I wonder if it's really impossible to give details on why the withdrawal is pending for that user in the first place. As a customer, I'd love to know the reason why my account is being investigated instead of a generic reason such as a suspended withdrawal. If the user is impatient they'll probably leave the service asap. I stopped using an exchange because of a similar reason. I think this is one feature that could be improved. CMIIW.
