Your screenshot doesn't prove anything maybe you should post the real evidence on your accusation so that people could see that there's really a problem exist on your side.

Create a post also in scam accusation section for proper exposure so that people could see your existing issues with chips.gg but as well post all necessary proof and for sure you provably get help and sympathy if you can show those necessary things to support your case.

Many write that they are big and reliable because of their experience but you can change their view if you can post a relevant proof that you are been compromised by them.

That's good to hear, and again this shows that patience is key when handling this sort of situations although it can get annoying when your funds are kinda stucked somewhere although to some extent most of the time all the issue and faults are usually from the customer ends either for not understanding or maybe probably misusing the casino in respect of their tos or some other smallers rules.

I have looked through the different complaints on Casinoguru about them, but I can't seem to get yours, or perhaps you haven't yet made one?
If you haven't, it might be worth a shot too, and please let us know when you do for proper follow up. In the older complaints, they appear to reply to them and their safety index is still above average. So all hope is not lost.

But sometimes we have also seen false alarms and those who complain end up getting their accounts unblocked or their withdrawals enabled. There sure isn't a system that is 100% perfect. What is important is how the support addresses the issue and tries to tell their side of the story or findings. That way we can know if the person complaining is either a troll, a bitter loser or genuine, but without any input from the accused, it becomes hard. It also becomes frustrating to the person complaining, especially if they have genuine concerns.

Yes that's right, I think when a casino has a high reputation, it is impossible for them to do something like that without a clear reason, moreover if that happens then the one who is harmed is the casino itself. They also build a reputation not in a short time, but they build a reputation over a long period of time, so logically they cannot destroy what they have built and that requires hard work.

They are doing a long campaign here with kind of success from it, I believe, because without having success from a marketing program, they would have ended already rather keep it running.

A marketing program can be stopped if there are changes in its effects for the company or there are big changes in the company and consequently marketing is no longer their priority. I don't see such changes with Chips.gg team recently but it can happen with all companies and all marketing programs. They are free to launch it and have rights to end it anytime.

They had some cases in the past but resolved those cases well and after that they run marketing very long time. After spending a lot of money for marketing and successfully gaining good reputation, they will not let it damaged too easily. So if the case is valid, they will resolved it for the user.
