Same here the casino is fine in my end, and is working smoothly too.  I also got that kind of screen sometimes, and found out that my connection is too slow, making the loading part of the site looks unending. You can also try to clear your browser cache as Wapfika stated @rdluffy, there maybe some conflict while loading the website that is preventing other site plug-ins to load.  Or check your internet connection.  If you are on VPN it is also possible that your VPN make your connection intermittent or very slow to make site loading stall.
