I wouldn't recommend doing this. Even if the casino terms allow the use of VPNs, you should not use it to bypass the game provider's restrictions. It's a kind of cheating and if you do it then you are breaching the casino's terms and conditions. They can ban your account and seize your money.
If your country is restricted by the game provider then just look for another provider. Better be safe than sorry.

The first step of verification is an electronic KYC (Know Your Customer) check, must be done before any Withdrawal is possible. duelbits.com is not responsible for any delays in withdrawal created by the KYC checks.

If you are trying to play safe and you don't mind showing your real IP address, It would be better to just not use VPN. Not all casino is strict about VPN but it is still on their ToS and it could be one of the casino reason why they froze your account. There are also casino who are allowing VPN on allowable countries but if your region is banned on the casino, Using VPN to bypass it would certainly a violation. As far as I know duelbits is allowing VPN but don't allow it if your region is banned. VPN can improve your personal security but it has risk especially if you play on a casino that doesn't allow it. Just be safe and try to read the ToS of the casino you are playing especially if you have concerns like VPN.

Not sure about duelbits policies regarding VPNs and how strict they are about this matter, but am confident that any reputable  casino will never ban your account permanently just because of it but only if they find out you are using it to bypass georestrictions or to cheat their services.
