well this makes me confused.
even though I have turned off the VPN and I can access Duelbits, on the Duelbits platform it has detected that I have used my original IP, not the VPN IP anymore.

just i checked the proxy IP in my browser and everything is fine there is no DNS VPN on my chrome browser.
