The fact that many people actually took this is kinda astonished. Messi isnt really that good when he is playing for Argentina and I doubt that he would have scored any if it wasnt for the penalty. Sorry to hear that, but the only thing I can see in all the screenshots you have posted is that all withdrawals will not be processed/cancelled until you completed KYC. I would contact their support again to try to solve this issue and maybe the OP of this topic can also help with your case.

Sorry to hear that, but the only thing I can see in all the screenshots you have posted is that all withdrawals will not be processed/cancelled until you completed KYC. I would contact their support again to try to solve this issue and maybe the OP of this topic can also help with your case.

Since he already brings the issue here might be possible that OP can review and help regard to his concern. It's true that he can
continue communicating and keep on trying to solve his issue.

But based from your claim right now, that they processed the withdrawal and sent it to the address you told them to cancel, I'm actually surprised. I'm curious what happened next. This issue will be avoided if there agent is taking notes about issues happening so I guess you need to pursue your claim and chat them frequently about your issue with them. Just present back your evidence that its there mistake on why this issue happened for sure if they see solid proof then provably you can get a refund.

Your story is conflicting if you will read it again. You said that your withdrawal is stuck for a month and you didn’t mention anything that you verify and approved KYC same day as you requested. People will be easily mislead since you didn’t add the info you provide here about the timeline of your withdrawal.

1- months ago i did a withdraw , and was stopped cause i had to verify account
2- 6 October ( as you can see in the photo) i told them to cancel withdrawals cause i had no access to those wallets
2- 22 november (the other two photos) i went to chat to tell them then same thing. Later i went to renew my DNI so i can pass KYC. Few hours later i recieve an email saying kyc done and withdrawals made.
