I have read it before from this thread actually that Duelbits answered that regards to the VPN usage. They've said that as long as it's just for accessing and you don't do anything illegal or against the terms and conditions of Duelbits, you shall be fine.
They'll detect if there's an abuse while using a VPN but if there's none, you have nothing to worry about and you've got a valid reason as why you're using a VPN if ever they start questioning your access activities.

Well, not to be sounding like a bit of a prude but I doubt most gamblers use VPNs because they are afraid of the online gambling casino registering their personal information. The very fact that most casinos can demand a KYC at any time should make hiding your IP a bit of a unnecessary task for any person who is allowed to gamble in said casino. I think most VPN gamblers are either not allowed to gamble by the laws of their country or they are not allowed to gamble in a particular casino. So obviously a anonymous user secretly gambling can be construed by the rules as a suspicious enough reason to demand KYC. At which point they are in trouble.

I'm curious there's a difference with ID code of some user, most of the users ID code has stripe and longer, while there's users is shorter without stripe. I think old users and new users have different ID code.

Technically when you turn off your VPN and reload the site, you're already use your original IP address, but it seems there's a cookie or cache on your device that make the site recognize you're still using VPN. But it's not a cheat or such similar kind, there's nothing would broke the Duelbits's terms of services.

As long as you're not come from a country who get an absolute restrictions, you're fine and only need to submit KYC if they ask it.

If you aren't able to login to their platform, it's best to just shift to other gambling sites and wait until the site is back up instead of using VPNs which could screw you later on if your IP ends up getting shared with others.

I hope you would be careful about this, it might raise suspicion, and you might want to be logging the complaints with Duelbits officially if a thing like this happens often. Let me believe that Duelbit doesn't restrict IPs, but at times, for security concerns, if IP moves from one country to the other through the use of a VPN raises concerns. You have to be careful!

As for the reason, it does happen to some specific IPs due to the site's host and other determining gateways protocols restricting some certain IP addresses, there is no peculiarity about this. I’m always availing the boosted odds promotion of duelbits since the world cup and I have a lot of profit since then. I just missed this recent event because I’m on a holiday vacation and also premiere league is just new to me. I probably do more research before I will start participating on promotion.
