I think you are both arguing on a percentage that is very hard to determine and varies per person skill level. The percentage ratio of skill and luck on poker varies based on gambler skill. You can increase the percentage of skills over luck on winning probability if you are really good on poker while @luckmcfly 50/50 ratio is still valid if user is a mediocre player since this time he needs more luck to win.
