Based on the terms, US is one of the banned region so anyone live (temporary/permanently) in the banned regions will not be allowed to register. It is not an issue but it is exactly the rules, that's why you are unable to register. As far as I know it is something common to see many casinos that does not accept players from US, but there are still some casino that accept US players.

It is not even the "rules" perse but more like the law. When you are gambling from one of the banned nations, you are not just breaking their rule, which is true you are breaking them but that is not the only point, you are also committing a "crime". I'm not surprise if another like him will come again in this thread since not every gambler have patience once there is a verification needed to happen and also not everyone can deal with some some losses they encounter that's why they intend troll or burst out there emotion for nonsense reason. This kind of stuff happens all the time in literally every site, but very few come to the forum and scream like kids based on what I observed. I expected the amount to be way bigger thanks to his crazy tirade.

Even though every big and official site shouldn't they already know that they will always ask for KYC in the end and whenever they want, then why don't people read the casino rules, I'm still surprised he doesn't read them so he complains about KYC problems, but after Duelbits pays and processes the payout seems to be that he will be embarrassed by the accusations he leveled in this thread. It’s not as if I’m going to start shouting the word in my head (since writing in capital letter signifies that the writing is shouting or would have been talking very loud if it was a verbal case), capital or not I’m still going to read it normally.

It's in the rules of the casino so if this gambler take time to read the ToS then he will not question as to why he's asked to do KYC. Because regardless of the amount, if it's necessary and the casino required you to comply then you have to, this is, if you still want to get your funds. Anyway, in the end he got his money already and it is resolved. Though he seem not happy experiencing such because of the value of his deposit.

I don't imagine that he lost money in gambling because he lost, but maybe he was a little frustrated because of the KYC regulations that he didn't accept and his lack of patience in waiting for confirmation from the Duelbits team, even though as far as I know Duelbits always processes all user withdrawals, if Indeed, there are no serious problems or violations of the rules on their site, he shouldn't have to worry about his money because the whole process takes time.

I have also experienced problems with cases like this and I am also not sure that reporting problems in the forum thread they will work quickly too, one way is to contact their service team and support although sometimes it takes time but as long as it is within a reasonable time limit there is no problem for Wait, unless I don't get any response, I might take other action. There's no need to say rude things and write in capital letters, let alone seek attention.

That is exactly what this is about, this is way more difficult to convey online which is why they tried so hard to be as loud and obnoxious as possible, but if this was a situation happening live you can be sure they will be screaming and maybe even getting physical in order to try to get their way.

Fortunately for us society as a whole is looking down more and more on those individuals and we are not tolerating those behaviors anymore, so if they do not change their ways I would expect for them to get into huge trouble at some point in the future for this aggressive attitude.

I do think that Duelbits cares for their players.  I believe every players matters/important to the casino since it will cost them their reputation if they ignore small players.  I believe Duelbits implement patience on this case and just ignore all those curses since they understand the reason why the person act irritated.  

The good thing is that the case is resolved and this proves once again how reputable Duelbits is.

He has also showed similar behaviour after facing issues on other casino. He was a bit less aggressive in BCgame issue, but he shouted in the same way for 0.5 LTC withdrawal on a different casino in the past. Maybe he has the personality like this. He doesn't know the difference between the completed and verified message of the KYC verification process. He got the completed message after submitting his documents on Duelbits, where Duelbits was waiting to verify his documents before sending the withdrawal. In the meantime, he became crazy without showing patience.

You do have a point, but they could still pull the plug on him if he harassed them a whole lot more on their site when compared to his erratic and short-tempered behaviour with them on this forum.

There is always a limit to which casinos can put up with their customers basically.
