Yes, it's best to avoid problems because if your account is suddenly frozen due to a VPN problem, I think it will also be troublesome. Well, if we must be honest with ourselves, I think every term and conditions I've ever come across does have that line like "we have the right to edit or change anything in this terms of service/condition at any given time without prior notice to anyone", though it's actually not specifically as I have put it, but I personally do come across such lines when reading terms and conditions belonging to not just gambling casinos, but other platforms as well.

As long as they are in an unrestricted area then use an existing ISP because however using a VPN is still complex, some casinos are friendly some are not so when they are in a restricted zone it is better not to use the casino and look for a casino that is there will be better.

Considering that the problem is not only from the VPN but many things happen so this is what is worried about, but as long as I am on bitcointalk, I have not experienced any problems because not using a VPN means that I am still in a safe zone.
