Since my account is banned for a mysterious reason (and I dont want to make another account there) I can not check what they offer this year for Xmas.
Until now, there is still no clarity as to why your account has been blocked? Even though you have contacted their support several times? I sympathize.

They name two rules I have violated "1) If we determine that you have used the Website in a fraudulent, collusive, illegal, unlawful, or improper manner. 2) Duelbits is directed to do so by law enforcement, regulatory authorities, or a court, or if Company is unable to verify Your identity, profession, or source of funds as required by applicable regulations".

It's good to know the limit and when to stop. If they already gave you warning, you should take it into serious consideration and surely must be more careful with any action in the future. Money is not free, so it makes sense to act carefully in order to defend our money as most as possible, not only at Duelbits.

Centralized exchanges sometimes can detect your deposits as from suspicious resources, for example from gambling resources, they will give you warnings, and it's time for you to seriously consider leaving that exchange or never use that fund resource as your deposit to that exchange in the future.

Playing with fire is always risky, not only for your account, but also for the fund in that account. To reduce risk of losing big fund, don't deposit too big money in your accounts on online sites from gambling sites to cryptocurrency exchanges.

Reminder: do not keep your money in online accounts.

Creating a new account after the main account is blocked/banned can be said as the dumbest action ever unless someone create a new account with no intention to deposit and play again.
Once an account is blocked/banned means that any data related to the account such as IP address is also blocked which means that creating a new account with the same IP address will lead into another instant ban/block if the casino has a great system.
When an account was blocked/ banned for solid reasons, it's only possible effort to make ban appeal and hope that a second chance might be given but with solid reasons for the account ban, it's almost impossible to have a second chance.

I agree that it makes no sense to create a new account while don't intend to use it, deposit money and play, but if you make deposit, you take very high risk of your second account's ban and frozen fund again. While if you don't intend to deposit money and play, your second account is likely created only for cheating which is not tolerated by the casino.

In any actions with the second account, it's similarly dumb action.

The casino knew what the account was blocked so if the user registered new account with the casino, that will be a serious offence and it will ban again so what he has to do is to contact the support team to know why it was ban and the possible ways to unban the account. The casino can detect your second account immediately or if you are skillful, you can bypass their detection at registration or in early days but in long term, you will make mistakes and the casino will surely find your multi account violation against their ToS and will take action to close that account again.

Users have no chance to bypass all tools used by the online casino for detecting cheaters and multiaccounting. If you are a cheater only try to abuse the casino bonus programs, you might not lose anything big than wasting your time. If your intention is to deposit money, bet and cheat to win and withdraw money, it's a more dangerous intention with high risk of frozen fund sooner or later.

The best option is leaving it and finding a new casino to use.

The casino's staff already saw something in your activities that they didn't like, so they made the decision to ban you. Most probably, that's not a decision by a single person. A lower-level support rep might have noticed you, recommended an action or asked a supervisor what to do, and then the security department got involved that made the decision to kick you out. If the ban wasn't an honest mistake but a result of something you did, I seriously doubt they would want you back in.

What if you create another account, will they allow it and not detect your account again?
This is just my curiosity, when the account has been blocked then there is nothing you can do except create a new account, especially if you keep paying attention to promotions from time to time but don't enter the account it's useless. Cheesy

Creating a new account after the main account is blocked/banned can be said as the dumbest action ever unless someone create a new account with no intention to deposit and play again.
Once an account is blocked/banned means that any data related to the account such as IP address is also blocked which means that creating a new account with the same IP address will lead into another instant ban/block if the casino has a great system.

You can ask their opinion towards that decision they made since you can appeal with the decision they made on your account, but if they say that their decision is final and you cannot create new account then gamble then that time is best to find another alternative casino.

But for me better not to ask for second chance since by banning your account that means they don't want you to comeback on their casino. I think no use to chase and think about coming back, there are lots of casinos out here and with that you can continue your activities on other one. But make sure that you will not violate on their TOS again to avoid the same situation happened.

In my case, I cant say that ban was really fair. The reason of a ban is to general. If I struggle enough and refresh my memory, then all I have been doing there was playing dice, crash, mines, made several 50 bucks deposit to bet on UFC, participated in their UFC free prediction tournaments and won money prize only 2 or 3 times during year. A truly malicious ToS rule breaker Cheesy As I think, they ban or closed my account for low activity if we talk about deposits, and frequent attempts to get something for free Cheesy They though I am taker more than giver Cheesy

In October 2024, I placed two large NBA bets with a total stake of $9975. Both bets won. My Duelbits username is yamalini.

After the wins, I attempted to withdraw part of my balance while continuing to play. The withdrawal was immediately put on hold, and I was asked to complete full verification (ID, liveness check, etc.). I fully cooperated and successfully completed all requested verification steps.

Later, I was asked to provide additional documents, including bank statements and transaction history from my binance account. At that moment, I temporarily did not have access to my binance account, so I could not submit those documents right away. Once I regained access, I provided all the requested statements.

After that, I was asked to submit a tax declaration, which I also provided.

Following this, communication became very slow. For more than a month, I mostly received generic replies stating that my case was under review, without clear explanations or timelines.

Eventually, I received an email informing me that my account had been permanently banned for alleged violations of the terms, including accusations of fraud and money laundering. As a result, my entire balance was confiscated.

I would appreciate a clear explanation from the Duelbits team regarding this decision, as I fully cooperated with all verification requests and provided every document that was asked of me.

I’m posting this here in hopes of getting transparency and an official response from Duelbits, as well as clarification on what specific rules were supposedly violated.

For example, their balance will be frozen so that it cannot be withdrawn, or even lead to account blocking. I wonder why people still have the energy to cheat, even though they will still experience the same thing at the end. It's a waste of time.

Why did you only post this here now? It is already less than a month before 2026. This issue with your account dates back to 2024. Looking at your post history, you already posted this on the Scam Accusations board, so it would be better to keep it there instead of reposting it here.

If you ask me, it is unlikely that this will still be resolved because the issue is already very old, and the only one who can really resolve it is Duelbits. If this post is just meant as a heads up, then that is fine. You can also try PM the OP of this thread, since the OP was recently active.

As mentioned above, I was unable to provide what they wanted at the time, and only about a month ago I finally sent them everything they had requested. I hoped to resolve this issue through their support team, but as you can see, after I provided all the requested documents, they simply decided to block my account and keep my money. It’s an unreasonable policy to hold my funds for a year and then just take them altogether, lol. I’m trying to reach out to them here because they’ve stopped responding to me by email. Thanks for your advice.
