In my opinion, as long as it doesn't violate the provisions then it's okay and the funds can be withdrawn because indeed some areas are always prohibited because of the ISP, but I don't know on Betnomi but on other sites I've tried it and it's smooth using a VPN without any risks withdrawal.

I personally remember that this was once discussed in the topic a long time ago. That was also very vague then. You could register from a country where online gambling was illegal, but it would be at your own risk. There would be no KYC involved, but in the meantime we have seen that this KYC has been introduced. I don't know if Betnomi will confiscate the money then, it is very unclear in the terms and conditions. They should make a registration list with countries for example, or block a country with IP.
