I don't know much about that, but it looks like the withdrawal was done manually so it could be that some other policy made the withdrawal from some users stuck or something like that. Betnomi does a strict check there because I see from the side of the user who doesn't have any withdrawal problems it is also there, meaning not only those who complain about the withdrawal stuck but there are also those who say the withdrawal is fine and that means something is making their withdrawal stuck when the examination is carried out.

An update regarding the withdrawal issues experienced over the last few weeks. Our payment (deposits and withdrawals) were being processed through a third-party wallet provider
with which we experienced maybe issues including unstable/ unreliable service resulting in a prolonged withdrawal period.

Literally today I shot $ 100 in BTC (3rd time) and everything went smoothly and quickly. The same was the case with deposits, I don’t remember for sure, but I replenished my account more than three or four times and everything was smooth, (although the situation may depend on the network load).

The number spiked on round 12 with 104 participants . It is usually less than 90 for most previous rounds except for round 6 and 7 so probably Betnomi is kinda suspicious with all those new accounts created for the sole reason of participating in the free predictor.

In addition, do not forget that on Betnomi, the payout structure is more complicated than, say, on Sportsbet, (eg: Minimum Selection count is 3).  An additional condition that therefore reduces your chances of winning if you hit the top 40 predictors + the free bet cannot be split into parts, which is just as bad in my opinion. So the option to create a list of evil IP addresses, I think, is the most reasonable.

We agree. Banning a list of IP addresses seem to be the simplest solution but, this is easily defeated by using a proxy or a VPN.
Clearly this is not an option. Our current solution we think will limit these multi accounts.
The situation will be monitored and changes will be made as needed.

On Feb 19th I was told I would be able to withdraw my deposits. The same day I requested the return of my deposits by email.

This happened to me too when I initially created my Betnomi account sometime back, but it was resolved pretty quickly. I contacted their customer support and they provided a couple of solutions.

I don't remember exactly which one of them worked, but one of the solutions definitely worked. I recommend contacting their support regularly and try to setup 2FA later since it could be a server issue.
