It appears to be Mastercard according to the image in the main page over "More than just a debit card".

I don't think that Xapo card is yet released for every country, except maybe for beta testing purposes , but it should happen this year with relaunching of their digital bank.
I can't fins any page with fees but charging $150 annual fees is a bit to much in my opinion when compared with other card competition.

Here are all the differences between the two cards[1][2]. The Global one (which is a UnionPay card) is cheaper (when comparing maintenance fees) however I find that the "Crypto world" card is better since it's a Visa and can be used anywhere. As for the card issuance fee, then the price looks reasonable to me considering that they're using DHL for delivery.

I've also asked the support about the virtual card, and they said they currently have no information about it.

Did something change regarding the providers of the cards? Why are more services starting to accept the rest of the world all of a sudden?

Fees are always higher if you compare internationally available products with EU-only products, this works for basically any such platform. The economics of international USD cards is quite different, and the fees reflect that.

It depends on the card vendor what kinds of cards they offer. These vendors do not have virtual cards at the moment, but if and when they do, we will be happy to consider adding them as well.

It says "coming soon" on the website but the app is already released as "Xapo bank". I installed it but I'm not receiving any confirmation link whenever I submit my email.

Xapo's card, Advcash, B21.io (not all, but about ~80 countries which is more than most of the services out there), and you also have the big giant Revolut who are soon going to start supporting more countries. That's why I've been wondering if there were any new laws that helped all these services go worldwide, or it's just a coincidence.

I had the Binance plastic card for a few months. It worked w/o issues on every shop I tried it, online and at a POS, except for a Tamoil gas station where it was rejected despite the card held 180€ at the time, all deposited as EURO. The self-service pump first displayed "pin code correct", and then "transaction denied".

Conveniently Binance sends an instant email whenever an online merchant tries to charge the card for an amount greater than the card's balance.

At the time of a transaction, the 0.9% fee is levied only if a cryptocurrency conversion is required to rise enough EURO to complete the payment, otherwise the fee is null. My first and last instance of letting the card automatically convert from crypto to EURO applied a terrible or buggy conversion rate, like 50% worse than the spot price.

My Binance card is denied by a small number of shops, the most known being the Lidl group (both inside or outside my country).
But I've got used by that, the old Wirex, when it was also issued by Contis, had the same problem. So it's not a Binance issue, it's a Contis issue.

Are you referring to the shipping? What's the point of that? Since most of these services will allow you to track the package.

From what I see, the first image may be from a computer browser, while the second is from Google Play Android app, hence the difference.
Although it's (more or less) on the list, I'll add that it's available for my Xiaomi Redmi 5 Plus with Android 8.1; but the problem may indeed be the Huawei device.

Yes, the 0.9% fee also applies to withdrawals. And you won't get the BNB cashback either, like you get for purchases.
And the ATM fees are on top of it - I've seen ATMs with 0 extra fee, I've seen ATMs with ~4 EUR extra too. Keep in mind that also that extra is counted within the daily withdrawals/limits.
The extra fee should be shown by the ATM.

One important thing is also the conversion rate. If you don't withdraw your card's currency, most ATMs will offer you 2 options, of which one is conversion of bank's (bad) exchange rate and one is at VISA standard exchange rate (good).
