Why is there 7,500,000 shares? Are they fractional?

Total direct shares are 75,000. ROCKMINER on CounterParty is a passthrough asset of RockMiner's shares.100 XCP-ROCKMINERs equal 1 RockMiner original share.75,000*100=7,500,000

The form factor looks like first gen gridseed crap.  That's a no good horrible form factor that is terrible to deploy at any kind of scale.  The low end consumer market is just about dead as a doornail, so I'm not sure who they are going to target with these.

Shares aren't widely traded yet. Your best bet is to find someone with shares and buy them direct (like AM direct).

However, without a market, it is difficult to know a fair price.  I own shares abut am unwilling to sell at .15  I'm guessing that without a market for price discovery, you won't find too many willing to sell.
