i was the first to post on this thread and thought the IPO was later on when i saw a countdown showing 2 days before IPO on the rockminer website but, like 6 hours later, IPO done?!

edit: i think some one will make a PT double the price, like labcoin ipo they sold to first come, then trade started double of ipo , if i remember correct.

Thanks for your support and encourage to us, we feel very sorry about pre-IPO, which sold out all 15000 shares. We are going to provide another 5 percent to public, that is 3750 shares. We hope you continue to support us.

It looks like less than 10 people paid for the lot of shares... pretty crazy - some people have huge amount of shares while the 375btc auction, those people will have nothing compared to the pre-ipo investors.

I would be pissed off if 2 weeks down the line they released 3750 of their shares for public offering, but they are doing this to expand the IPO slightly and they are doing it at the IPO prices, they are not dumping on a high(unless this is the high)

Are the funds raised in this IPO the only capital that this venture will have available to spend on purchasing miners (or materials for miners), or do the private shareholders intend to invest capital of their own, despite apparently not paying the IPO price for their shares?
