Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

Hi, i am surprised ROCK is currently priced so low onto Havelock, wasn't IPO price about 0,1?
Looks like price is about 0,05 now, what's the reason?

The nature of IPOs on Havelock.  Should bounce with some payout though.

Yep the nature of havelock rarely see a move upwards it happened on an asset or two but usually it goes down and balances at a new range for a bit till dividends or news come out.

When does the first divs are supposed to kick in?

Same question. Plus:

- Can we have a short sum up of the financial status as today?  (Volume x unit Price) It can be through PM.
Also a rough forecast (remaining stock of item not yet sold, not yet manufactured,...), would be appreciate.
Can we have already 5 or 10% or our sales?
So far we understand that there's some delay with initial forecast
Quote
Initial dividend: depends on the chips delivery date of ASICMINER ,in May around.
But we need update and clear status about that.

- Where is the shareholder official list?
The latest we have is here. Official one was deleted. IPO data sheet on Drive was not updated with past date sales, this is IPO data, not share holder list.

Well, I'm doing. But this thread is dedicated to products support. I cannot see anything linked with my expected answers. This present thread is the one of the IPO, RM guys have to answer here. I think I'm in the right thread here.

To be complete:

Dear RockMiner chiefs, as shareholders we have some questions related to our investments and our company: You can answer through PM or dedicated channel.

- When does the first dividends are supposed to kick in? Can we have already 5 or 10% or our sales?
So far we understand that there's some delay with initial forecast. But we need update and clear status about that.

- Can we have a short sum up of the financial status as today?  (Volume x unit Price)
Also a rough forecast (remaining stock of item not yet sold, not yet manufactured,...), would be appreciate.

- Where is the shareholder official list?
The latest we have is here. Official one was deleted. IPO datasheet on Drive was not updated with past date sales, this is IPO data, does not represent shareholders list.

If you're RM shareholder and have some questions, you can post you questions here or send them to me by PM. I will join everything and contact directly Rockie or so, until they answer. Then I will come to you back.

It is interesting to see how shares have been traded or transferred to HL.

Ops. Lets try that again:

It is interesting to see how many shares have been traded or transferred to HL.  The second list is much shorter and many of the addresses have lower amounts to shares.

OK, not understood the right way, still explaining again havelock transfer on this thread would be useful Wink

Some are also on CounterParty :
http://blockscan.com/assetInfo.aspx?q=ROCKMINER

Indeed, HL doesn't publish shareholders list on their site. Not sure at all, whether blockscan lists asset on HL too.

By going "back through history" you should have this kind of info, but it can be painful I admit  Grin

So, how many devices has ROCKMINER shipped over the last couple of months. Any official numbers? Any guesses or estimates from you guys and gals around here?
