The chances for Trump are so so slim, I think he realises that he lost. He might force a few recounts through his lawyers but in the end he can't change the official election results. And once everything becomes official I think he is going willingly. Being president at the moment with corona and all the social unrest doesn't seem so nice.

Unlikely. State legislatures still retain the right to choose the electors before the deadline. And I doubt that the Trump campaign has the resources to do more than 1 or 2 recounts, which won't change the result even if they somehow manage to reverse the result or stall the process. I know that right now it looks like Trump isn't going to leave and is going to try to stay. I don't agree with that at all. Trump considering a 2024 run is evident of him partially accepting that he has lost the race, and he must begin to move on in the near future.

Wisconsin – this state as well now shows Biden in the lead but early in the morning after the election more than 100,000 votes magically appeared in Milwaukee.  The current lead for Biden is only 20,000.  If these votes or the exception in the numbers in Rock County are addressed, Trump will likely win this state by a large margin.

Michigan – this state is as well full of fraud.  Lawsuits are in place.  In addition there were over 100,000 votes dumped in Detroit and the lead here was stolen from Trump as well.  Once the illegal votes are eliminated President Trump has a very good chance of winning this state as well.

Assuming the Biden win becomes official, how will Trump leave the White House? Appreciate there are various definitions of 'official', and that we still have some time before moving day...

Once Biden is official elected and taken the oath, trump will not be able to stay in white house. Remember he can't stay here forever and cannot bypass the rules and regulation.

People fail to understand that the reason that Florida was able to come out so quickly was because they were able to begin counting mail in ballots ASAP. States like Pennsylvania though had to wait until like 3pm (or some other arbitrary time) not sure off the top of my head on what that was, but still.

State legislatures could've changed this prior to the election, but it was denied by the legislatures in Georgia and Pennsylvania to be changed so that's why we had a very SLOW and interesting election night. Instead of just having all of Bidens votes in all at once, it was a slow trickle that people were able to point at and get upset about.

Eh. To be honest with everyone I know that right now it is hard to actually look at, though I do think that the Trump admin will leave peacefully by the time that they actually have to.

Right now Trump is trying to do the Trump thing. Drum up controversy and keep all eyes on him. He's probably doing pretty well raising money and he isn't letting another Republican even begin to take the reigns from him. He is still, without a doubt, the leader of the Republican party and will be for sometime to come. He has the money and the voter support to continue controlling the party and this is just him continuing to show and do that.

But yes, as of right now they are trashing the process. Though I do think as we get closer to Jan 20th things will look a lot more clear. There's really no way he can keep this going up until that point -- people are going to start to turn against him if he does.

IMO Trump is avoiding interacting with the media to control the messaging regarding contesting the election. It will already be difficult to govern if he can prove fraud sufficiently in court and end up staying President in 2021. Maybe that's how Trump thought this was going to play out. Though I think that was just a way to fire up the base into getting support for nominating and confirming these judges, ACB included, in record time. Without that support, McConnell would've been left looking like an idiot doing something that has never been done before.

The US has the US martial service that protects the judiciary branch. I don't see judicial intimidation much of an issue in the US. IMO it would be more likely for political judges to be appointed.

I mean yeah it's POSSIBLE that the Trump admin could push out some burdensome crypto rules on the way out of the administration. I don't personally see much of a point unless some people in the administration want to see some volatility in crypto. There's no real threat at the moment from crypto to the real world in terms of doing anything to the traditional financial markets.

2) Pardon Everyone (more or less) in his Trump Administration. Or at least the 'enablers of

at any time he was convicted of a Federal Crime, he could simply show a notarized previous

on how you are treated on social media.

5) Force an Over-ride from the Senate on passing a lame-duck Covid-19 relief package and also

extending the budget extension .just so you can prop up your announcement of 2024 run for President

again. This is to show the 'dark state' thwarting above his will, or so he will say on 2020-24 run for the

Presidency again.

6) Trump could simply write a letter and walk out the door, today, leaving the country would have to

3. The 305th Military Intelligence Battalion has been prepared and active for a long time, and especially since Trump's 2018 EO, in recording US election fraud involving the international community;
4. Trump (plus Sidney and Rudy and many others) made the election fraud known to the public as best they could before they were cut off by the media;
5. Since the election fraud penetrated much of the Government, by Congress and others using it for their own benefit, The only thing left that Trump could do was activate the military, from a passive stance to an active stance... the military was always involved since Trump's EO, but passively until Trump activated them;
6. Trump is play-acting the way he is, because of bomb threats from sources unknown, that they will blast American cities and towns here and there until Trump capitulates.
7. If the election fraud is true, Trump can't capitulate, against his oath of office. The best he can do is save as many lives as possible by play-acting.

We'll know in a few days to a couple of months. Why, possibly, a couple of months? It might take that much time for the military to bring in evidence and proof against all the behind-the-scenes players, in the election fraud. Biden might be arrested during this time. I think for the average leftist, Biden's administration will be light at the end of the tunnel, and it very well might be, but I am uncertain how "progressive" Biden will govern. More progressive, relatively speaking, than Trump I'm sure. I think liberals are joyful that Trump's administration is over but most of them don't really care about who's in office -- they just know they won't be hearing from Trump anymore.

Trump's Presidency was a bit of a dumpster fire towards the end, all things considered. It was rather unfortunate he threw a bit of a temper tantrum because his Presidential record on policy was great. Even if the Capitol riot never happened, I think Trump would be remembered for his COVID record when the reality of the situation is that no country handled COVID all too well. Regardless, COVID policy tends to happen on the state level anyways. COVID aside, Trump will just be defined by the Capitol riots along with some labels related to or pertaining to white supremacy. Don't think his economic record or his foreign policy will be remember at all, which were highlights of his administration. Great jobs numbers, median income increases, low unemployment numbers for hispanic/black community, and the only President to not start any new wars during his administration. Who knew with Trump's personality that he'd be the President to not engage in oversea conflict?

Trump implemented very good policies but was toxic personally. He made everything a referendum on himself, which was a mistake.

I suspect Trump's personality made other countries afraid to provoke the US into conflict. I think they were afraid of an overreaction by Trump. This is probably especially true with regards to North Korea. Iran came close to baiting Trump into a conflict, and we even had fighters in the air before Trump called off the strike. I think Iran believed the left-wing propaganda in the US would make any conflict with Iran unsustainable politically.

It looks like Trump has largely already left the White House, as most of his belongings have been moved to Mar-a-Largo, and most of his staffers have left. Trump may be spending the night in the White House residence tonight, and reports say he will leave in the morning at a time such that he will land in Florida before Biden becomes President.

Yeah, he's always been too lazy/incompetent/unambitious to plan a real coup or anything like that. That said, I had been concerned that he might've gone so far off the deep end that he might do something out of actual insanity, so I'm relieved to see him gone, even though I'm not looking forward to the next 2+ years of Democratic control. I'll be curious to see what Trump does with himself. Probably it'd be best for everyone including himself if he just retires, but that seems unlikely.

Biden's inauguration speech was pretty poor, with a lot of platitudes and politician-speak. He tried to promote unity, but to me this call for unity came across as very fascist/authoritarian (which was also my impression of the DNC); it would've been more appropriate for him to have given the speech in the House where he'd have fasces hanging behind him... Moreover, he clearly wants to reduce tribalism and promote a wider American nationalism, but I think that the majority of Trump's 70+ million voters will hear Biden's speech as calling them white nationalists and domestic terrorists. To be clear: I think that it was and is possible for Biden to speak in a way which does reduce tribalism and make many Trump supporters accept him, and in fact the last few minutes of the speech was better at this, but on the whole this speech will fail to create any actual unity IMO, and it portends perhaps an even more divisive 4 years than the last 4.

The White House isn't only a building. The White House is the tradition of the the man elected to rule (sort of) the USA nation. If the building caut fire and burned down, right to the ground, it would be rebuilt. Why? Because of the tradition of it.

Yes there are currently existing pipelines right now, and we can't pretty much do anything about it, even though it affects other local communities. But in this one, they have something to say as they can stop this. We should now hear their voice, as the previous obviously didn't hear them.

Sorry, but you weren't in the 80% who correctly predicted (below) that he'd be removed by legal ruling. I know some people are claiming that he remained in office until January and then left voluntarily, but I'm afraid this is all fake news. There was actually some legal thing in November probably or whenever I invented the story and that's when he got removed - I'd back this up with evidence, but unfortunately I had the evidence stored in my Twitter account and I've now been banned from the platform.

No. The argument from the right wing is that tax cuts pay for themselves. So the deficit should have gone down. What Trump has proven beyond any doubt is that this argument we've been hearing since Reagan is total BS. And that the GOP isn't the party of fiscal responsibility, not even close.
