I know the feeling. Do you know whats worse? When you win the yellow cap and stay in the same spot. Trying to clinch those top 5 spots but just out of my reach but im too close hopefully i hit some more wins in upcoming round. Was in top 2 80% of the season and now out of top 5.

Holy shit, this competition can't finish fast enough for me.
Was stable in 2nd a few rounds ago, now first 2 players are miles away and I'm defending 3rd.

A few goals per round bring huge swings in close games. Was really unlucky with those lately.

It's good that I decided to check Superbru this morning, not in the evening. Because I would have missed whole round. I had no idea that they're going to play whole round on Friday.
Anyway, not leaving predictions would make not that much difference. I got very little points today. Well, nothing new this season. I'm fighting for nothing. Getting yellow cap would be nice, but I'm being realistic - I'm not going to make it.

Dang, i got caught up and couldn't submit my prediction for the early game, believe that was my first "default pick" of the year. I barely got the rest in an hour before the deadline. Disaster gameweek successfully averted. Phew... Grin

Holy shit my random picks worked. I put 2-1 in 90% of teams, and 90% I just looked at the form of teams and picked, and got lucky, but not as lucky as Numero Uno who did even better. And in LA LIGA he made an exact score, so looks like he is seriously going to build on his position this Hoody Hoo guy Tongue

Still 3 rounds to go and average 15 points each round so I would say its not over yet, only can afford 1 bad round before everyone else catches up.

Seems ages ago when I was vying for Top 2, just been a slippery slope towards ignominy since and I'm not really sure what I'm doing in any of the pools this season. It's a good thing we've all got yellow cap freebets, positive I'm still in the positive even if I walk away with nothing from all the pools.

Congrats to Leeds and Burnely with earning promotion back to Premier League. Let wish them not to return back to Championship after one season. Though, trends of recent seasons shows that for promoted clubs it's getting very hard not to relegate again.
If we look at upcoming playoffs, I would like to see Bristol City or Coventry to get promoted. Want to see some fresh blood - team who haven't been in EPL for long time.

End of season, you always feel like home support matters here. Slam crawled up 1.5 points on Hoody Hoo, and I just about snuck into 5th place. Two more rounds! 24 more games, 72 more points!

Some strange results in this one, some of the weakest teams win and destroy our predictions. Leeds destroy Stoke with a solid 6-0 and is now again in Premier League for sure, well done, Leeds is a big team and they deserve to be in PM.
