I used to also have the opinion that only a few people are involved in this project.  However, the information that OP gives us here clearly indicates that the project is indeed much larger than we thought before.  By the way, the use of fiat money will most likely require obtaining some kind of new permits or licenses from regulatory authorities, which is not always done easily and quickly.  Once upon a time I had to deal with such a registration.  And I will say right away that it cost both a lot of money and a lot of nervous experiences.  It is always difficult to negotiate with regulators.  If Futuur devs already have plans to use fiat, then they really should have a serious team and software developers, marketers and financiers both in fiat and using cryptocurrencies, And this is already quite a lot of employees. 

Well, we wish devs Futuur success in the implementation of the listed immediate plans for the development of their business.

Accepting fiat currency will bring more challenge for the casino if they have to obey AML regulations. I believe if Futuur considers to add it in future, they definitely spend time and work with their lawyers, legacy and compliance team in order to check their Terms and FAQs to update rules about AML.

Affiliate program is mutual benefit for company and community customers but it has disadvantage too if the company can not effectively control cheating. If we compare the ability to bet only in cryptocurrency with the option when you can bet just fiat and money, then generally speaking, these are incomparable scales of their use by the population. 
Too few people in the world even know that there is such a kind of money - cryptocurrency.  In general, very few people know how to use wallets and transactions and in cryptocurrencies. 
In particular, the example of El Salvador, where President Bukele legalizes bitcoin, the development of payments in cryptocurrencies is very slow and the population coverage is still small.
