Check the email address associated with your Adkinsbet account. Sometimes online casinos require additional information via email or inform you about security checks. If it's a significant amount, it wouldn't be the first time. The weekend just ended, maybe they are understaffed on weekends. Who knows.

We have enough evidence to proof that you are one of the accounts that went for the bonus, based on login history and betting pattern.
This is the same user that was complaining yesterday, but only using a different account on the forum here.
