Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

Anyone having issue's with there hosted miners going down when they change pools?

Or that the UI reports the correct hash rate and the pool that you are mining at reports a rate far lower then the UI?

Have this same EXACT issue and just opened ticket..

Pool hash rate in the 6 MH and should be 18+ MH

What is scary to me is there is no way the UI is currently reporting correct information..

Hopefully GAW is looking into the issues..

Open a ticket if you have not already done so..   They cant work support issues from this thread..

p.s. When did we lose the ability to restart our miners?

Yup I opened a ticket myself last night and you are 100% correct. Right now it looks like the UI is just using a false number instead of reporting its actual hash rate. The problem has been going on now, for me for at least 11 hours and counting. I am mining a new coin with a fast rising difficulty so this is killing me. I too am also only getting about 1/2 the hashing power I should Cry.

A pretty UI is great and I love added features but stable hashing at the correct rate, with a UI reporting THE ACTUAL RATE IT IS SENDING TO THE POOL's should be a priority.

How do you guys access the UI?

I have 25 Mh/s hosted but when I log into their site UI is nowhere to be found.

My hashrate is also 9-10 Mh/s instead of 25 Mh/s.

Hey everyone, we have discovered a bug in the way the UI talks to the blades and are in the process of upgrading the code. The reason for the delay in tickets is because our engineers are focused on fixing the code, rather then respond to each individual ticket. We can assure we are very aware of the issue, and will have the code updated for soon.

We are working very hard and will continue updating you every hour until the issues are completely fixed.

Also, we apologize for the delay in making a public announcement.  We thought the issue was isolated but only learned it was global shortly before making the announcement.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

We are making good progress.

Please keep track of any profits you may have lost today. Once your hashing back to normal, and assuming we can verify it, we will double it and pay you in btc Smiley

We will always take care of our customers!

What does is show when you log in then?Huh??  Nothing?  Is there tabs at the top??  Does one show Dashboard???  Did you click on that?Huh?

Yeah, there are tabs at the top, just there isn't one named "Dashboard".

It's a real beauty watching clevermining hashing at double rate to what was norm recently and you having 1/3rd of hashing power in it.

206% return on LTC right now over there. A bad time for you guys to be down!

We are not down. A handful of customers are having lower hash issues.

And since we will double their losses, it's a perfect time for the the issue to exist Smiley

when will my order #2846 be active? or at least reply to your support ticket I left

Hi, this order is due to fill sometime today. We need to prioritize customers customers that are already online. You will be up today like the product says Smiley

Maybe halt sales until you clean up your backlog, reply to tickets, get your users online, fix users who do not have full hashrates.. Why continue to sell products/service if you cannot deliver them in a timely manner? It's not really fair to give under-par service to new customers because you cannot keep up, no?

This has already happened. All new hosted purchases are due to be filled next week. Please check the website. Thanks

As I previously stated, I am deleting support tickets. This is not a support helpdesk. We have a support help desk for this specific reason. You may also email us at orders@gawminers.com for support.

This thread is meant for updates, news or if there are major problems then you may post them here.

Thank you for understanding and helping keep the thread uncluttered.

1 Week of Double Hashing Power started Today for all verified registrants!

At the end of the 7 days, we will match the results of your week-long mining (based on the hashing power of the miners you registered with us before the 16th).

All of your promotional earnings will be deposited to the BTC account you register with us. It's that simple!

For non-Founders members, we are preparing the double hash promotion and will have more details in the next coming days so please be patient.

Thank you!

Hi just a quick question, the 7 days of double hashing power runs from 17th untill the 23rd right?

For all founders (just like me) clevermining is doing great so double profits couldn't come on a better time ;-)

Thanks GAW !! I like this promo.

17th 0.00629 a day for each Mh/s (144% of LTC profitability)
18th 0.00650 a day for each Mh/s (150% of LTC profitability)
19th 0.00996 a day for each Mh/s (only 18 hours counted yet, 6 more to come)

Those dates are correct!

Just a reminder that you needed to have registered your miners on the 15th! And the payout will be based on LTC Smiley

I knew you guys would make it right. As long as GAW is covering the loses then we should all just get off there backs and let them work. btc is btc, I don't care where it comes from Grin.

Someone better get Jeff a cup of coffee or better yet show him a nice bottle of aged scotch* don't let him have it until its fixed though.

Update: we have patched the software causing issues to improve stability and we are continuing to investigate the root cause and begin further improvements to stability.

All customers affected will be compensated for any downtime they have incurred. We will update with further details later.

If you are changing your pool or restarting your instance, please give the system up to 3-4 minutes for your devices to show online. This delay will be improved very soon.

Thank you for your patience!
