ETH high gas fee

The price of gas is so high that the common people began to call Ether, a coin for the rich. Much cheaper for TRC20 or BEP20. I do not understand why such a high cost and almost any amount.

I used to pay Ethereum everyday in an online shop because the fee is so much cheaper before and now. I can't even do small trading as the Ethereum fee are ridiculously high.
It's very hard to use an Ethereum now unless you have a significant asset for it. I hope that they find a solution to get back the fee before.

Yes we know! Even if this fees not comfortable for you then move on BSC network. There are many projects looking forward on BSC network so you should invest there. At least we can said that if eth price will go down again then gas fees gonna low. Moreover, you have to choice best one which have good opportunity.

And when the fees there go up as they already are, and you realize the development work is not progressing as decentralized as say ETH, and you realize actually the community is all defi speculators, then you can maybe reconsider ETH again. 2.0 is taking months maybe even next year anyway;) Fees are important but they are not ALL important.

After the major upgrade in ETH 2.0 i believe this problem will be solve. But I think this is bad news for miners because their income will be drop drastically.

Ethereum's transaction fee issues currently make it difficult for small traders to make transactions using Ethereum. This problem should be resolved by the ethereum platform quickly, so that small traders can make transactions without complaining about high transaction fees. and due to the very high transaction fees of ethereum, many small traders switch to binance smart contracts because binance is better than ethereum at this time.and we hope that in the future the transaction fees will return to normal as in the past.

Ethereum gas fee already seems like 22 Gwei right now. But it changes of course. I also hope that the new updates bring about the conceivable gas fee amounts. It should be a level which will make investors and miners both happy at the same time.

The gas fee on ETH network reduced really much recently, but still unable to compare with many other networks. I think there no chance for us to keep using the ETH network. I have been moved to BSC and Polygon network for weeks to use with much lower fee. I'm not sure that ETH 2.0 will help to improve this problem or not, if not then no one will believe in ETH anymore. 

It's a shame that in fact ethereum 2.0 won't help fix this problem,
because if I look at it seems like a lot of people expect ethereum 2.0 will solve the problem due to high transaction fees,

i discovered that sometimes the fees that appeared while transacting in ethereum blockchain is not the exact amount that is been charged. sometimes, for instance, 30usd might appear as fee for a transaction or trade execution. after transacting, you discovered that about 15 or 12 usd was deducted. some times the fees that appears due drive people away but am still not convinced that people that transact high amount of money in eth pays a huge amount of money,

I'll give you that. There has been a really significant decrease on ETH gas fee. But they must create a permanent solution for this. ETH 2.0 is everyone's hope right now. If they still don't solve the problem, then I believe that there will be many people who will stop using ETH network.

binance smart chain give us an alternatif about project , moreover most of project have bridge to migrate eth to bsc or vice versa. if ethereum gas fee could stay cheap for longer time, maybe it could drive ethereum price.

Hello mate, don't be too hypocritical to say you only like BSC, because in the past when ETH prices were still cheap everyone liked ETH because the transaction fees were cheap, as well as BNB at this time, try to imagine that the BNB price was $4k in one the unit, automatically the transaction fee will be expensive even though the numbers are not much different, so actually this is almost the same on all platforms, where the benchmark for cheap and expensive costs will be very visible on how much the unit price of the coin itself,
A close example like TRX, when you do transactions on the TRX platform, then the cost is 1 TRX, now imagine if the price of TRX is for example $5, then once a transaction on the TRX platform, you will spend as much as $5, that's the parable.

Very valid arguments, when the value of any of those mentioned project rises high the fees in fiat value also rises. You need to consider things out and see all the progress that happened with ETH,

It can happen to every progressive asset and for sure it won't take against them, supporters and investors value the developments and they'll keep after the progress.

That's how those people around ETH continue and still holding most of their assets.

There seems to be a bit of confusion in what you are saying, because I have seen ETH experience twice ATH in one month when their transaction fees were still very high, this indicates that the development of ETH's value does not depend solely on the amount of transaction fees on the platform ETH, but it really depends on buying enthusiasts in a matter of days.

I think the issue of Ethereum transaction fees is currently a big problem, because it can cause users of the etherem platform to switch to other networks, especially small traders, where currently the BSC network has very low transaction fees, of a course this is a serious threat to ETH, if this problem is not solved quickly, I believe BSC will beat the popularity of the etherem,,,

In addition, during large pumps and dumps, the price always rises 100 times, this is crazy.
But, what is important is that now the price is low compared to the stand that was held for a year, and this is a wonderful trend.

It is now very easy to use Level 2 solutions like Matic. The commissions are the same as those of the binance smartchain and a lot of exchanges support Matic.
In the next couple of years, many projects will switch to level 2 solutions and it will not be a big problem for users to transfer coins to two levels.

It is a record low.

Although it's considered low this time, the gas fees are again up and this could be already high in our times with 35-45 gwei.

When we saw it, that's just around 5 gwei for the low fee of ethereum after all of those upgrades. And the current gwei is making it look like it's already high for us.

But that's a good improvement to be honest.
