You do realize that Republicans refused to do anything about her? They not only punted it to Democrats but McCarthy even called the attempt to remove her from committees a "power grab". There will be primary challengers... just more like Greene to replace for example the 11 Republicans who voted with Democrats on Greene's removal.

This is my thought process as well, I personally think what this does is embolden her even further as she now can say that she was silenced by the establishment and that she should be allowed to be on committees as a duly elected member of Congress.

What an interesting thing is happening! People liked Trump. So, they would uphold most of what he would do. The only way to get him out of office was to "election-fraud" him out of office. In other words, if Trump had remained in office, all kinds of things would have gone thru that were unconstitutional, because people liked Trump, and would accept most of what he did.

On the other side of it, people despise Biden. Because of this they will fight all the unconstitutional things he does. This means that the unconstitutional things won't happen.

How strange the way things work. Is there somebody (up there) controlling everything that happens, so that any government person can be made into a puppet, and so that all government people are really puppets?

Pretty sure that’s the way of ensuring that the establishment side of the party is OKAY and that the party isn’t going to turn on them in favor of being the party of Trump.

I think one of the reasons as well is that the party didn’t have a direct whip on the Trump impeachment. McCarthy (or whoever the whip is who makes this decision) decided that they were going to allow people to vote their conscious on the Trump impeachment stuff. Not sure how many people actually did that, but that gave people the leeway in tough districts to vote differently on Trump.

Proof That the US November Election Was Stolen Exists in Abundance

In Michigan the state attorney general is attempting to debar attorneys who represented cases of electoral theft. Massive effort was made—including an orchestrated "storming of the Capitol"—to insure that the evidence would not be presented and that the majority of the population would never encounter the evidence.  The presstitutes from the first instance declared continuously with one voice "there was no vote fraud," "baseless claims of vote fraud," and the old standby "conspiracy theory."

Obviously, if there was no fraud, there would have been no danger in examining "baseless claims."  Their baselessness could simply have been demonstrated.  If the claims of electoral fraud are baseless, there was no need to spilt the country and to cause half of the voting population to distrust the public institutions that are supposed to uphold election integrity.

Even without hard evidence of a stolen election, it is obvious that Trump did not lose to Biden who inspired no enthusiasm and whose campaign events had to be halted due to non-attendance. How did Trump lose the election when on December 29, after two months of his heightened demonization following the November 2020 election, he won the annual Gallup survey as America's most admired person, ending Obama's 12-year run. According to the official vote count, Trump received 11 million more votes in 2020 than the number he won in 2016 and three times the black support. In 2020 Trump received 8 million more votes than Obama received in 2012 and Hillary received in 2016.  It is not possible that this extraordinary performance is a losing one.  And this is his official vote count, not his suppressed actual vote.

The new bill, below, doesn't do anything new. All it does is make things easier. The 10th Amendment shows us that the States don't have to agree with Presidential Executive Orders.


New bill allows state to ignore Joe Biden's executive orders

Lawmakers in North Dakota -- where consumers can sue Big Tech and a judge recently exempted religious physicians from doing Obamacare "sex change" operations -- are proposing a law allowing the state to ignore presidential executive orders if they don't meet constitutional muster.

House Bill 1164, introduced for the 2021 session, says the "legislative management may review any executive order issued by the president of the United States which has not been affirmed by a vote of the Congress of the United States and signed into law as prescribed by the Constitution of the United States and recommend to the attorney general and the governor that the executive order be further reviewed."

It also allows for a review of an executive order by the attorney general "to determine the constitutionality of the order and whether the state should seek an exemption from the application of the order or seek to have the order declared to be an unconstitutional exercise of legislative authority by the president."
