i agree it isnt controllable because it will come naturally and it already comes before you ever notice it .

 on lottery we are not expecting that we can win because odds are too impossible but if we win , we and our heart jumps of too much happiness and excitment if what we can do with the money that we win and we will already forget to eat and sleep , it makes our condition more worster .

The first story with Bill Morgan is pretty cool. I think everyone saw the youtube video of him where he won again. But he didn't really die because of the lottery, he lay in coma when he won and woke up again. So it's not really a heart attack for winning the lottery. Also it might be the case that lottery winner are living a worse lifestyle after winning a lot of money, drinking more alcohol, partying more, and just enjoying life to the fullest, which is probably bad for your body and your heart.

Other people really can't control their feelings especially when things like winning the jackpot prize happen since it's a rare experience. Probably most of the gamblers who had a heart attack have a history of heart disease that is why they are more prone to it. I am not willing to loose anything for money, i would rather live healthy with a limited amount of money than having billions and struggling to stay alive  . I take care of my health and hence i would not worry too much about it as i work out often and if you are sitting idle and spending your life then the risk of fatal diseases increases.

I think that way too but still the bottom line is, You will need money to maintain healthy and sustain your daily needs to become healthy. Medicine, food and supplements ain't cheap at all so we all need money badly no matter how health conscious we are. I really think that they surely have existing heart problems whether it may be because of stress, fat problem, No proper exercise, No proper nutrients, and it may because of hereditary illness, I think lottery gambling should not be the figure to blame here but the person that neglected their health, I guess sometimes it is a coincidence that they are ending up in a heart attack because of the shock!

Shocking some of these gamblers from the OP's print died at 37 years old age. They were very young to have a heart attack. That is a signal people are so desperate for money that when they finally achieve it their body can't hold on all the instant emotions coming in and have an outbreak. wow, I never in my mind could imagine that so many people died of a heart attack after winning the lottery.
This is really a bit ironic and tragic at the same time, my feelings. Probably these winners could have some type of vascular / heart disease or they could be older people.

I would like to share with you guys, I remember that about 5 years ago I won the lottery, it was really little money, making the conversion was about $ 1500 (USD), at the time I was very happy, but then I remembered who had to pay my bills, then I was not so happy anymore
