This is a sad reality because most of Lottery Fans are people with ages in older level , we cannot often see people with young ages who loves Lottery .

It seems strange for me to participate in lotteries. The chance of winning is minimal, in fact it is not real. There is not even a sense of excitement. I read an article that almost everyone who wins a lottery loses that money because they don't know money management.

The chance of winning in a lottery is 1 out 13,983,816 but I don't understand what you consider not to be real, is it the fact that gambler in the subject win big for the first or because he dies? Which all the information provided by the OP proof it to be absolute truth.

i dont believe that lottery can kill all people with heart related problems but i more believe on that if its their time to die they will die . if they dont bet on lottery other events can give them heavy emotions that can causes them to die .

if they are not destined to die yet and if they have already have a heart problem but they are in poor and needs medication , they can bet on the lottery for the hopes of winning a cash that can help them sustain their life .

I cannot imagine how if the minors winning the jackpot. What they will do because I think they need to verify if they are already 18 years old. I don't think that the casino will accept that and give the money since they are still young.

Yes high taxes on the winnings is a big problem for me, too. As far as I know my country doesn't have a progressive tax rate. The tax seems to be fixed. But it's still pretty big. Although most of the winnings stay with the winner.

No matter how much the rate is, I don't think that double taxation is fair. If they want to tax the winners, then they should not tax the ticket sales. Now what happens is that first they tax the lottery ticket sales. Then they impose tax on the winners. I don't think the lottery is the problem here. A lottery is not limited to anyone whether they were old or young, healthy or sick. The problem here is managing your emotions. If you can't able to manage your emotions for too much excitement or grieve then I won't recommend these kinds of activities. You can celebrate and enjoy your winnings but you still need to watch out for your emotions and avoid getting fired up especially if you have any health problems otherwise it will all get wasted if something bad happens.

I also see this as another scenario.

There are a lot of lottery winners in the past that made that win their demise. I watched the video of the infographic show about these winners that instead of being lucky, ended up getting unlucky as they won. Some of them got robbed, some of them didn't manage the money well and some ended up being dead. I don't believe in luck but I think there are times that they really ran out.
