My guess is there is a reason for this policy, but I find it quite strange that currencies with less potential to attract players are promoted. I second this suggestion, having more crypto for the payment would be nice. As a small gambler, there is one reasonable crypto only to deposit at the moment which is USDT (TRC20). Bitcoin is there but the minimum amount is not really friendly for small gamblers. No need to have too much cryptos but I think adding TRX, LTC or DOGE is more than enough already. It is worth investment obviously as it will bring more players based on the crypto they use regularly for gambling activity.

This is a good and correct proposal.  The set of coins is also correct in my opinion, I would also add the now widely used BSC.  
However, we must all bear in mind that we do not have information as far as possible such an addition of coins for playing in the casino jurisdiction.  There may well be problems and difficulties with local regulatory authorities.
So, most likely we will not see such an improvement quickly, however, the direction of activity in terms of adding cryptocurrencies, I believe devs understand and are working on it.

If there is something wrong with crypto withdrawal, it should be fixed asap because it may affect user's interest from this community who prefer to use crypto than bank transfer.

I asked when it will be up again as well, but they can't give me time estimation.

The good thing is, the official representation heard our complaint and probably they would update their crypto system. But, we can't know for sure when the new system will be implemented. Hopefully before the contest finished all will return to normal (at least).

I will not speculate too far and it is better to wait for an official answer/information from the representative of BK8. Support service's job is to give general information only based on what they know from the other departments. If there is still no information from the one who are in charge to maintain the withdrawal system, it is reasonable if the live support does not say about the ETA when it will come back.

If it's unknown brand, I'd worry as well, but I think BK8 is considered a big player in SEA market, so no problem since they still offered wire transfer at that time. If all withdrawal button disabled, then I'd somewhat worried.
