In my opinion, the maximum (VIP) you can get are (Silver) Rank.

Bronze & Silver are quite easy, there no need to pass every requirement on a quarterly month for your account. Basically, you keep the rank forever without needed to wagering or deposit from your account.

So, my guess they only give these rank (Bronze & Silver). Perhaps contract their support, to get a better information for transfer VIP program.

Daily claim was intentionally put there as requirements so that players will keep coming back on the casino regardless if you will play or not. They are relying to the human greediness which makes you tempted to deposit and play once you claim daily rewards and saw the games they offered.
