Didn't you have to fill in your personal information during the registration process? Full name, birth date, address info, etc.

No, not really. The casino takes my BTC and converts it into USDT after the deposit. When I request a withdrawal, I can't get my Bitcoin back, and I am forced to withdraw in USDT or some other altcoin possibly. If that was just one of the options offered to players, I wouldn't mind it. However, the casino forces it onto its customers. If I can't gamble with bitcoin and withdraw my winnings in bitcoin, I don't feel like suggesting and supporting that.

The truth is, they have the data. What they do with it from that point on is not something we can affect. But every player should decide for himself if he is comfortable going down that road.

In our discussion, it seems that they were convinced to open up BTC withdrawal. I'll let you guys know if there's progress on this issue in a few days.

IMO it's better to let the user decides what currency they want to take, even if it's mean higher fees.

I haven't been able to check how they handle withdrawals due to the previously mentioned KYC requirement, but I assume they charge their customers a withdrawal fee like 90% of other casinos. If others can do it, I see no reason why BK8 couldn't as well.

I'd like to see the mechanics like on Rollbit, Duelbits, etc. When you deposit, it will be converted to fiat. And when you withdraw, you can pick what coins you want to receive. But you know community suggestion is just a suggestion, we can push the issue, but the decision will always come from the team.

Yes, all of my deposits were USDT TRC-20. Here's the tutorial about USDT deposit. Just keep in mind that it's recommended to use a personal wallet, and avoid a transfer from/to exchange. However, all my transfers were from/to exchanges and I had no problem at all.

I haven't tried to deposit using wire/bank transfer and then withdraw using USDT.
However, I know you can deposit using USDT and withdraw using wire transfer. It happened in the last crypto wallet maintenance, crypto deposits can be withdrawn via bank transfer.

Therefore, I think as long as you complete the wagering/turnover requirement, you can freely choose what's your preferred withdrawal method.
