If you failed to reach that with one month then the progress is gonna to reset. One of example, I don't like this system because in November my deposit total reaching 280+ IDR Million & December (This month) reached 250 IDR Million.

Perhaps I agree with you that advertising on garments is effective only where there is some kind of office or representative office of this advertiser. This, of course, should be some kind of local area, city, settlement. And of course, advertising an online casino in this way, even if it is world-famous, is not very effective. But devs bk8 probably know better what advertising campaigns are more effective for them to carry out. The campaign here at BTT is obviously producing good results. There are some other casinos that provide physical stuff as the reward for their promotion, but is rare nowadays. Even if there are still some casinos with physical prizes, most of them give an option to exchange the physical prizes into cash while it is not available in bk8. It would be nice if bk8 give an option to winners to exchange their stuff into cash especially for big stuff such as cars or bikes.

Or better still, if the casino be so kind enough, i believe it wont be out of place to if one ask them to send the T-shirt's money worth instead, though i think this is will be difficult to do for majority of the casinos.

I don't think all can be converted into money as not all prizes are generic. For example the RVP jersey, and other collectibles like:

My guess is that the ToS is generally applicable, but there are some exceptions depending on the promotion. It's good that now we know the option to convert items into money exists for some promotions (region ID, monthly wagering prize). For other promotions, it would be best to ask the support directly.
