I don't agree with you on this because we will likely see two to three England teams qualify to the quarter finals. Arsenal is among them and I have the feeling that Liverpool or Newcastle will be able to pull the surprise. Liverpool just need to score two goals at Anfield and they will qualify. Similarly, Liverpool need just a goal and complete locking of their defence to get the job done. The only three teams that have no hope of qualification are Chelsea, Tottenham and Manchester City.

Arsenal will play a next match at their home stadium and with a draw from a first match, they have quite good chance to go to quarter final. Newcastle United also got a draw from a first match but it's different and more challenging as they will have to play a next match at Barcelona's home stadium where even biggest clubs in Europe have to be fearful. Barcelona will very possibly be able to take advantage of the home stadium, and their better quality to beat Newcastle United.

I’ve overlooked Liverpool’s chances heading into the second leg at Anfield. Losing 1-0 in Turkey means they still have a mathematical chance of turning things around, but with some caveats—as is often the case in soccer.

My logic is that an away team that lost or drew in the first leg still has a good chance of advancing, but on the field, that’s not necessarily the case. From a fan’s perspective, I’m only concerned with Arsenal winning at the Emirates Stadium. Liverpool might also have a chance if they can perform well, given their performance so far in Arne Slot’s second season managing Liverpool. As for Newcastle, their chances are very slim because Barcelona will have a lot of support in the second leg.

Barcelona is not as invincible as before so be ready to see a very tough match between them. The first leg was very boring and disappointing but I believe that they will defeat Newcastle and Camp Nuo to move to rhe next stage. Newcastle does not have much champions league experienxe unlike Barcelona that have won it many times. If this champions league experience is something serious, then the match is going to be very tough for Barcelona but I believe they will prevail against Necastle.
