Hey Ive been using rollbit for a few months, processed thousands in deposits and withdrawals, fully verified account up to level 4 Today support asked me to list my other rollbit accounts - but I never had any alternative rollbit accounts, used my account on basically daily basis for a while. Any suggestion on how can I help them fix it quickly, Im sure its some sort of a bug on their end
Maybe try customer care support or raise a complaint in this forum (scam accusation board) or other platforms like casinoguru/ ask gamblers. Sometimes, the claims turn out as a false positive If you are genuinely innocent. Fight for your money and try to prove that you are innocent. Maybe your account was false flagged. Yeah, many have had similar issues which in the end, it turned out that the account was wrongly flagged. And also worthy of note is the fact that sometimes, this whole accusation of the user operating more than one account may likely be coming from a bot that's been programmed to give such reply at any slightest slightest suspicion. What I did suggest as well is, first step, do not take such accusation serious so you should not panic over it so long you are sure that you are innocent. Secondly, proceed to creating a complaint about the issue in the scam accusation board, this will move the casino representative on this forum to react fast to the issue and see how it can be solved. So they actually unlocked my account within a few hours, but I really hated the experience, as the first support lad told me he will only help me, when I decide to be truthful ! Case closed, but a terrible experience Well, sorry about the whole experience, it is what it is but be happy that the issues has been resolved amicably without them further wasting your time and possibly holding your funds hostage. Rollbit is still a very good casino regardless of the issues and experiences they make some of their users go through due to their erroneous assumptions or presumptions, one thing that is certain is that no business anyehere is 100 percent perfect with out any form or flaws or what some may refer to as con, and maybe the flaw of Rollbit is often assuming users are operating multiple accounts when they are not. Lets believe this is an error from their flagging system and hope they give it a proper fix soonest, so that this doesn't end up dainting their reputation.

Ben Zhou is the author of this recent allegation and this is the latest Pi Network rebutal of the allegation. Ben Zhou said what he said, and said what he believed right thing to do for waking up Pi fans or people who are attracted by Pi. He does a right thing and I respect him for this action. Talk is cheap, the reality is supreme, and all I see with $Pi till now doesn't look like a scam to me, it's far better than the many shitcoins listed by even Binance, not to mention Bybit the author of more controversy that had listed more shitcoins that are Rug Pull in which millions of people had been swindled with their money in the name of crypto. Pi Network has suffered enough allegations and attacks from the beginning and I have a further reason to believe that it's political, $Pi doesn't look like a Ponzi to me.
Ben Zhou did not simply talk it for fun, and many people did not talk about it for fun. They did it with their deeply and heartfully willingness to help others, but it's up to you and others to continue their belief and bets in Pi coin. In a sane world, Ben Zhou doesn't have that say, he should bury his face in shame. If someone is to be countered and even be behind bars, it should be him with the cheating and atrocities being performed with their platform, especially the global branch. You may not notice this many of them, but I do daily, this guy is a huge bucket shop, deceit and swindlers, so I wonder what such like him would advise me on a project that is doing better than hundreds of what he had listed that I would believe. Do you know what baffles me the most about the big guys like Ben Zhou? If you see the sh*t they perpetrate, you would feel sorry for the world, they are not in the place to talk, not Ben Zhou the ripper. They are also privy to many frauds and antics but they look away if they will gain from it or it's from their cronies, it's politics. But if it is from an opposition who doesn't want to play their cards, they start running their mouth to pull them down. But for Pi Network, Ben Zhou must be ashamed where he is, the $Pi is a success and everyone is shouting the name now, he should rather go and build a blockchain instead of being a single complainer in this dispensation. I think this is a good idea in dealing with a problem. Behind that, of course no one wants one party to feel disadvantaged. With rollbit's experience as a casino that has been operating for a long time, of course they don't want to tarnish their reputation because of an incident. Did you answer their questions in support email yet? It's just unbearable. I don't know how to get through to them. Why create multiple accounts at this casino? I left a reply there. It's quite surprising Rollbit hasn't responded there or here. It seems a couple of allegations were raised against Rollbit; it's almost about the multi-account issue. Can we expect a proper explanation from Rollbit to make it more transparent? Because silence isn't good in such allegations, and that would create a negative impact on your platform. Keep in mind, even on Google, a search forum thread would appear. Hope Rollbit will resolve such issues as soon as possible.

I left a reply there. It's quite surprising Rollbit hasn't responded there or here. It seems a couple of allegations were raised against Rollbit; it's almost about the multi-account issue. Can we expect a proper explanation from Rollbit to make it more transparent? Because silence isn't good in such allegations, and that would create a negative impact on your platform. Keep in mind, even on Google, a search forum thread would appear. Hope Rollbit will resolve such issues as soon as possible. Maybe, just maybe, the support are out there looking for some means to prevent this from being the order of the day given how frequent it has been lately. At least there was a user that got similar complaint resolved after a careful review of what the case was. There is always going to be exceptions as cases like these are handled on a case by case bases but, the casino would always do what’s in the best interest of the parties if found fair.

Yeah, I think I know about the user's case you are talking about, and let me say that even that case took a while before a rollbit official noticed it and took over to have it resolved. So, going by that case, I would personally advice any user who has any issues with the casino to exercise a bit of patience, rollbit is a really big casino with hundreds of thousands of users if not millions, so, imagine maybe 50k users or more complain about an issue every day, it will surely take a while before everyone is attended to. What I did advice rollbit is to hire more customer care reps if they know they need more hands, to ensure that minor issues does not escalate to a level it becomes a threat to their good reputation.

What I did advice rollbit is to hire more customer care reps if they know they need more hands, to ensure that minor issues does not escalate to a level it becomes a threat to their good reputation.
They have like two or three accounts here but it seems their representatives in the forum are not too actively in interaction with forum members including answering community questions and complaints. Cases can be forwarded to the team by their signature campaign manager Hhampuz, but he is not a part of Rollbit customer support team, and this task would be better handled by the company representative here and their escalation support channel to Internal Customer Support team. They have big business, good reputation and they're professional too, so I think they won't let customer complaints damages or destroys their business reputation.

As a signature campaign manager, Hhampuz can not do much. He is an outsource and he has a contract or similar with Rollbit company. He only can ping his contact point in Rollbit company to inform the contact point about this, but nothing more. If Rollbit contact point does not forward information to corresponding team, or the corresponding team don't consider it as valid for consideration, it's nothing Hhampuz can do. On his side, if he feels Rollbit provides bad service including customer support, he only can revoke his campaign manangement task with Rollbit and move on. The rest belongs to Rollbit company as it's their service and issues between them and customers, not with Hhampuz. Are things too bad with Rollbit? I don't know, as I see them as a big and trusted company here.
