Maybe you should try reaching them directly through their online customer care service, I believe you will get a quicker response there than waiting several hours or even days here to get an answer from a rollbit official.

I have read threads where people complained about unscheduled maintenance, which caused traders to lose thousands of dollars. If a platform is massive, it has to be more responsible. It cannot just put its website on maintenance with a notification pinned on its chat.

Now people trade on their platform with leverage and as a platform, they should send them emails a day before they put their website on maintenance. As for the LTC address, I don't have a complaint about it, but a lot may have. So, they should work on that as well.

I think you got me wrong here, I was referring to when they were still in their peak before their recent relegation to the championship which they are likely returning to again. Southampton will just have to plan better in returning to the EPL again after this their likely coming relegation of the season and thereby remain on the EPL for long.
