This is really the main concern on why casinos like Rollbit discourage to use VPN since they don't want people to violate this matter. I don't also think that this issue has something to do with VPN usage. But rather maybe Rollbit detect something and think about there's multi accounting happened that's why that issue exist. But let see how this issue end up and looking forward to see good action and he confirm that everything is fine after Rollbit solve his issue. Even on a site where VPN is allowed and they’ve got jurisdictions with restricted or disallowed access, when you use VPN to access such site and for whatever reason, you use a different location at other triers, you raise suspicion on your account to have come from an unauthorized location. You become a person or user of interest and that way, you would be liable to produce KYC documents which might turn out badly for you. Providing a KYC document that isn’t sited from the used locations would mean trouble even when they are correct. I don’t see much in using VPN while gambling, especially when you are gambling form authorized jurisdiction.

Ony people who abuse ToS via the VPN usage for multi-accouting to exploit the casino, will be detected and punished. It's clear that the casino does not only rely on their detection on user IP addresses, VPN usage for their conclusion of multi accounting and related action against users. Before they accuse a user does break their ToS with multi-accounting, they would have collected enough evidence that exceeds VPN usage. By this universal decision making process in gambling industry, when a casion took action against a user with multi account reason, there is almost no chance for appealing successfully.

I think I will try thos suggestions of using a mirror link but the question is that is it all site that have mirror link, because I have seen a few of them that announced their mirror links but not all platforms put that out for us to know . And much also I say that when it come to that point that VPN is the only option for me as a gambler, I thinking will just give up and move on form such a site and try to look for a site that accepts my region without any form of restrictions, since that the only way I can verify my account innthe future.

I can tell you right now that if the vpn was in any way at fault, switch to a reputable vpn provider like proton, as this sort of thing just simply doesnt happen. I've many accounts and never disable vpn. Also, if a vpn would be necessary anywhere, it would be on sites that involve financial transactions. If one were to only use a vpn where it actually mattered, your damn right a casino is on that list. The only people who believe vpns cause issues are either A) using a poor vpn - likely they will be effected long term as they will think all vpns are rubbish, or B) havent used a vpn. I've had one issue ever, with williamhill, but i just changed the server i was connected to, within the same country. It must have had the initial server blacklisted or something. Thankfully, with a reputable provider, theres typically dozens and dozens of servers in any of the available countries. If we are talking about people who cannot afford to to use a small number of braincells to realize that every casino will ask for kyc documents at some point, and proceed without such documentation, this is nothing to do with the vpn and is just outright stupidity. This is by far the largest proportion of vpn related complaints. Yes, im in a blacklisted country. No, i am not from a blacklisted country.

I’ve been dealing with this since March 31st, and it’s still not resolved. I got a response from their compliance team — they mentioned AML concerns and something about “linked or associated accounts.” Honestly, I dont know what to do anymore, I have only one account and I dont know what they mean by declaring potentional or associated accounts. I provided all the info they requested back on April 16th, but haven’t received any meaningful follow-up. This is dragging on way too long, and it’s becoming really frustrating. Will keep you all updated if anything changes — still hoping for a fair resolution.  Hey buik, I am just wondering how far with your case? Have you got any response so far, including from the compliance team that you were told to contact? It's surely 7 days now, at least there should be some answers, requests on away forward to get your issue resolved. Still no reply so far. I sent them the Binance wallet screenshots just to prove that I’m not laundering money or trying to game the system in any way. It’s honestly frustrating at this point. I only have one ID, so their system should easily be able to verify that I have just one account.

It's a worrying trend these days where certain casinos are taking months dealing with player complaints. Rollbit had some KYC issues in the past, but are now taking their sweet time handling complaints which is unprofessional. Did you use a VPN/proxy by any chance at any point? If you did, there's your answer right there. Whatever the case, Rollbit team needs to improve their complaint resolution speed. Usage of vpn is indeed not allowed by gambling websites. This is to avoid residents from restricted country like North Korea to access these sites. I don't think @buik used vpn. Last response he got from rollbit team was about linked accounts. My suspicion is that someone used his information on a different account to do KYC verification or he has an old verified account that he forgot then created a 2nd account not knowing he has an existing account already. Actually, I did use a VPN (paid NordVPN) and it is always set to my country by default (CZ), but I didn’t know it could be a problem — I only found out here on the forum that it might be an issue. So I reached out to Rollbit live support and they told me that VPN usage doesn’t affect my case. They just keep asking me for info about “linked accounts,” but I honestly have no idea what accounts they mean. To me, it makes no sense — I did full KYC with my real and only documents, so their system should clearly see I only have one account. And I really doubt anyone could’ve created an account using my info — I have four names on my ID and barely anyone knows them all by heart. Rollbit is trying this attempt to funnel every complaints from medias into one channel, and Razer encouraged me to encourage those in the forum who have issues with them to escalate to that division. So, try to write to them, and have some patience. Last I check with Razer, they compliance desk is a bit clogged, so a reply after you write to them might take a while. Keep me in the loop.

So, try to write to them, and have some patience. Last I check with Razer, they compliance desk is a bit clogged, so a reply after you write to them might take a while.
I believe that they can add that email address on their website in ToS or FAQ (I am unsure they put that email address in a visible place). In this forum, it's good for them by having you and your support like another channel for support escalation to their team, though I think it's better if they can add that email address in this announcement thread's OP. They can change their graphics a little bit in the OP with latest information about their casino products, UIs, and surely at the same time they can add important email addresses for users as necessary contact points.

But I guess people need to extend their patience since maybe they experiencing some delays because maybe they are trying to investigate those existing issues that has been emailed to them. But hopefully they can improve this so that those existing user which have legitimate claims can experience a swift action for solving their issues.

Just to be clear and help people understand better, from what Razer explained to me: support chat is for "lighter" issue, technical ones like forgetting a username or asking basic things. More complicated matters like locked account for whatever reason, they go straight to compliance desk. Support are not in charge for such matters, nor meant to resolve matters related to account being restricted.

I think for newcomers to crypto casinos, if the casino cannot be accessed with the network where you live then leave the casino because using a VPN will be more dangerous for the safety of your account at some point in the future.
