They are giving big bonuses maybe some people are abusing it and now they are paranoid about it and taking the money from all the people they got some suspection on. Stating multi-accounting, AML and whatever. If they got proofs - just point third party ADR and they will resolve it what is the problem?


Maybe they are loosing a lot of money on their bonuses, cashbacks, lossbacks. They offer 10% on losses on sportsbook - its almost impossible to earn money for them there for sure. So they are starting to seize some of the funds. They can tell whatever they want if ADR party doesnt verify their claims. Its stealing users money so far. I wonder why they got problems with ADR when they tell us they got so much proofs against these people.


Its even in the guidelines of main master license of curacao how should bookies proceed when there is dispute.

If Rollbit is saying you have multiple accounts, then I believe they must have some credible evidence to back that claim up, and if they are also saying that acceptance of the fact that you have multiple account is what it will take for the issue to be resolved amicably, then I suggest you just accept, apologize and make them understand how it's a mistake, and promise never to operate their casino with multiple account again, I trust that doing this will put this issue behind and you can withdraw your money like you've always done before, there is no need arguing and prolonging matters, Rollbit is a reputable casino, and they have spent years building their reputation, they wouldnt want to jeopardize their hand work and business for such a tiny amount of money.

But if you just make people apologize and get away with doing something wrong, they will think that they didn't get any punishment and they may try to do that again. If I get off with just yelling, I will always repeat the same mistake, or I assume, I am an old man now so it has been a while since I did anything wrong like that, but there are a lot of younger people who didn't learn the consequences of their own actions so far and they decline to accept it.

So all in all, apologizing is not enough, they need to have some sort of punishment, no idea what would fit the crime the most and every casino should have their own version so I won't be really saying what would be the case here, but there must be something that deters them from doing it ever again.

Yeah thats it. You are done. Hopefully you got not much money inside. I didn't read about anyone passing it and they would pay after.

1. From what i have read they ask to see lot of sensitive info and in the end they will write you that your kyc is fraud and person that did kyc is not the account owner and so.

2. They got no right to do this even under their license.

3. Its a joke, because they stated several times they got no access to third party kyc. So how they can even tell if you are or you are not the person.

4. The call is doing some community manager (I think UK citizen according to accent) and not even some compliance department if they even got any.

5. They refuse to start camera to verify who they are and if they are even working for rollbit or are just some random rollbit guys from community. They themselves are under Women names and for example Smokey Lisa is a man which is ridiculous.

6. So in the end you are showing sensitive info to some cartoon clowns, they want to record it and you hope that they just wont leak the info somewhere.

7. I have never heard about any legitimate bookmaker asking some video call - even when they got all the compliance department - like bet365, pinnacle, betfair, bet-at-home and so. This is not even part of any KYC and they got not written about it in Terms and conditions its just their method to steal money. If you are not happy with the client just stop taking bets from him and send the money as is the standard and legal way.

Or apoint third party to resolve such cases. Sportsbook is not the judge and the jury.

This is the same situation like: You are at the grocery store and staff think you have stolen something - they can't just themselves take your wallet, take your groceries and ban you from going there. This is called stealing and they are not doing it because the cant.  They are always calling police (third party that is legaly obliged to do it, but shop owner cant just raid you = its illegal).

I dont know What he was playing. But while most so called trusted casinos dont ban people for using casino products. They clearly ban them and steal winnings for legitimite actions like smartbetting - betting on higher odds like pinnacle or bonus matched betting. These are clearly not actions that should lead to ban or lost of your funds. They can only stop accepting bets but not steal. And these cases do happen and sportsbook must known its unlawful. Never heard of any stealing for this from betfair, bet365, pinnacle and other Well trusted bookies not so called trusted.


There is also this case About player betting on low odds using 10% lossback bonus- there is clearly not written in their terms players cant bet low odds or that low odds are excluded- rollbit took money from this player instead of adjusting rules. This is clearly shady from them as Well.

How they can be listed trusted, when they dont list terms of the lossback and then steal players winnings once they know he is profiting from it. They should limit him and pay him money at most.
And you still cant find these terms so some people can do it and will have their money stolen. This is highly shady and not OK.

Do not forget here that - only first instance court takes place in Curacao then they are under Supreme Court of Netherlands on EU soil - they got final say. So it is pretty easy to put pressure on them. I doubt these anonymous clowns would even want to be defending themselves before EU court so they will just pay its much cheaper for them and much safer like starting to defending themselves.

Even if  they would defend themselves, they must come clean with some of their names as someone needs to testify in their favor - advocates cant do that - and you can ask to call their staff as witnesses and undoxx them. I doubt they would come and defend themselves. They can only do it through advocates so they wont have any witnesses just some data.

On our side, we can see multiple, very obvious links to alternative accounts. Yet, you continue to attempt to deceive our support and now the members of this forum by stating you have no other accounts.

For additional context, the alternative accounts we found linked to this player are limited on our sportsbook. Therefore, opening further accounts on Rollbit would be problematic as it's often done to circumvent the limits set by our provider.

We suspect this is why the player insists they have no other accounts, despite the strong links to other accounts.

We're most happy to resolve the situation, but we can only do so if you're willing to be honest with us. Please follow up on the active support ticket you have when ready.

They wont resolve this. Its their tactics. They find some link - like same vpn provider, same vps provider maybe same internet provider and if you are winning they use it and claim that you are multi-accounting. Pure overkill.

Complaints like this will be seen in almost all casino threads and yes we know again a new forum account that has a problem, now it's not something strange
What is clear is that we know the reputation of the rollbit has been very good since they were launched of course they don't want to mess up everything that has been built. Some people are like that, I am not entirely sure what the main reason behind it is, but there are some people who do have that kind of problem. He is not a singular situation, he is just one of many and there are these type of people for all websites. I can tell you that every single casino in all of existence has people complaining about them like this, you could have 20 thousand people gambling without an issue and 4 people who keep complaining about it at the same time.

As long as a website doesn't get majority turning against them, there is nothing to worry about a few people who complain. As I have stated a lot of times before, if a website does anything bad, then open a scam accusation topic and provide proof they scammed and we all would give negative rating, but none of them ever does it.

Well, how can we be so sure about what you are saying.? I've indeed noticed  that kyc process for most online businesses today are being conducted by a third party coming specializing on processing kyc, but another thing which no body seems to be talking about at the moment is whether those third party kyc companies can really be trusted to keep user informations away from their platform, so as avoid users documents been tempered with just incase there was any or some kind of hack on the platform.

I think this is another important topic we will need to discuss.

As I have stated a lot of times before, if a website does anything bad, then open a scam accusation topic and provide proof they scammed and we all would give negative rating, but none of them ever does it.

There are currently six threads opened in scam accusations about Rollbit:
1. Rollbit - scam 5k - GDPR PROBLEM
2. Rollbit disables account and seizes funds (10.2k)!
3. Community Warning - Rollbit ⚠️
4. Rollbit hold funds and ignore in chat
5. scam warning rollbit.com banned my account
6. rollbit scam (255 USDT)

The thing is we don't know how legit is those accusations, they've uploaded few images as evidences, but the Rollbit's representative already say there's a problem if the player broke their rule e.g. abuse or multiple accounts usage. They're keep pressuring to make Rollbit release their money.

I think how popular or trustworthy the site, there's always an user calling the site is scam. Binance is the example.

That's right and if there's any scam accusations the other who tries to defame the casino also comes up with similar issues to spread more rumours against them but the team have already said about how they were abusing the terms so they have right to reserve funds with them.
