Arsenal - Manchester United game result was what I expected but somehow I had faith that Arsenal will not end up losing because of the home advantage but then they couldn't hold Manchester United and lost all points. Chelsea is improving in performance likewise, Manchester United. I can't say if City is also on the improvement train because they look weak in the second half of their recent matches. Arsenal should hope for City not to pick form if not, they might not lift up the title this season.

The better part of this, actually, is the consistency of Arsenal this season. It is not just a matter of personal defensive merit but the effectiveness of the entire team in organization and charging at. The defeat against Manchester United did not really represent the entire balance in that game, however, and in some cases, football is just a question of a couple of moments. I concur that an injury to Gabriel or Saliba would alter it considerably, as the two are the core of the stability of the Arsenal defense. City remain dangerous still, however, they may have lost a beat in the midway of the season, once they rediscover it title challenge can change swiftly. Chelsea and United keep on getting better.

You can't deny the fact that Arteta is a defensive minded coach which makes the team strength to be their defense. Even though the team entirely is strong their best department is the defense. Arsenal might be on top and be the most in form team in the league but their form doesn't look like one because the defenders are the ones running the show since the start, the attackers have been struggling for form.

Manchester United always have a way of playing big matches and find a way to not lose regardless of their performance at the time, the only team that always find it easy to beat them is Manchester City. Arteta with his player career playing in the midfield that helps him to have vision of covering the field and match intensity. I believe that his player experience truly affects his coach career and his tactical philosophy as he knows that if a team can control the match well from intensity, not actually high ball possesion, there will be good chance of beating opponents.

He has built up Arsenal recent seasons like this but I only feel surprising with his vision to train Arsenal players for situations like free kicks, corner kicks and use them as their greatest and most dangerous weapons to beat their opponents from weak, average to strong ones.
