Why is Betop using very similar terms and conditions like sportsbet website?
It seems like most of the content is just copied from original sportsbet website but you forgot to copy 1.2. in general terms

Here's information on 2 returned bets:



Here you can clearly see that bets CALC.TIME (returnal) happened within 30-60 mins of bets creation and 3+ Hours before event start time.

Here's screenshot of mail which were sent at the same time as returnals:




You can also clearly see by time of mail sending and text that returns happened 3 hours before match start and you were absolutely free to post the same bets for the event.

And here's also your withdrawal request payed without any issues near the same time yesterday:



We think this proofs can show that we're transparent and open with the community and weren't making any wrongdoings to the user

Fraudster here we have a standard movement of odds. Here we see that even 2 hours before the start odds are 3.00. And according to court decisions a bet cannot be canceled for any reason. If you had a license in Europe I would condemn you for pleasure. sites in Curacao but also many similar scam sites.

We don't have absolutely any relation to other sites odds, so your point is not valid anyhow, but if you'd like here's 2 random sportsbook same selection and game example odds movement.
We can clearly see that up to 4 hours before the match odds were <2, not 3+ in this cases.

This was absolutely not the case, we don't cancel bets if odds just change, you personally placed 30+ bets with most of them changed in time and there weren't any returns because of it. As we showed before and in mail there were some tech issue which caused not corresponding odds display for this event, so issue were fixed with odds update and you were able to place same bets for this event freely, and as you can see with above screenshots updated odds were correctly corresponding to similar in other sportsbooks, which proofs that issue were present.

As an example of some similar issue with a bigger scale for demonstration, if there would be some tech issue which will show the odd for the selection 150 instead of 1.50, all sportsbooks have the right to fix it and act the same.
