Hello, thanks for your interest! We haven't yet requested KYC for any of our users, and all users are able to deposit and withdraw without it freely. This is just a term statement of possibility.

Hello, please write us ticket in our system with details regarding event that you wanted to bet, the limits shouldn't be like this(it could be MIN bet in some cases, but not max), we'll take a look and fix if this is needed.

The only thing I can think of is that there are certain limits for matches from lower divisions and leagues for example. Premier League in England and Champions League will have a higher limit than the 3rd division in Russia for example.
It is also possible that new players will be given a certain limit if they try to bet on unknown matches. Can it be seen in advance what the limit is per event?
