True, if the winner is the only one who have all correct prediction then I guess there will be no winners for too long time. There is no exact value of the prize (freebet) so it makes the contest less attractive. Betop needs to state the value of the freebet and change the type of prediction. Removing the first goal minute is better. Adding other info about the prize would be much appreciated as usually there is something like wagering requirement for the winning amount of the freebet. Unless there is no strings attached for the freebet then there is no need to add more information.

Hello, we've stated in our Football predictions post that first goal minute is counted only to determine closest ones if there will be multiple winners, so in general correct score is enough to win!

Hi everyone, I recently deposited 17.9246mBTC in the hope of receiving the 125% bonus.

The terms and conditions on the website stated that: "2. Bonus rollover is 12X, that means players have to bet 12 times (12X) the first deposit amount in order to be able to get the bonus." So 17.9246 x 12 = 215.0952mBTC was how much I needed to rollover. I decided to bet 2mBTC per bet and hopefully achieve the rollover within 14 days.

I messaged support to see if there was somewhere I could check my bonus progress. No response.

After a while, being the terrible gambler that I am, I lost my initial deposit, I messaged BETOP on this forum privately twice to check on the progress of my bonus and whether if I deposited more it was able to contribute to my initial bonus rollover. No response.

I messaged support again asking if I deposited more it would contribute towards the rollover for my first deposit bonus. The response was "Support manager 07/09/21 5:50 PM

I continued to bet and managed to rollover 230.5262mBTC (215.0952+5.492+9.939) before the 14 days.

I messaged support and they informed me that I actually needed to bet (17.9246+5.492+9.939) x 12 = 400.2672mBTC

No where on their terms and conditions did it ever mention that subsequent deposits that weren't part of the initial deposit needed to be rolled over 12 times.

If you would like to continue to play we can set your next deposit as initial one so you'll be able to rollover, or maybe you'll continue winning and will be able to rollover your last one, in this case we can count that for a bonus as well."

Then they updated their terms and conditions page to include: 6. All subsequent deposits placed within 14 days from initial deposit should also met rollover x12 within required term in order to receive first deposit bonus."

Hello, the rule for rollover of subsequent deposits within required time were always present, but it weren't described with example. This is to avoid some bonus abuse, for example user can deposit 10 mbtc, after that add 120mbtc, place bet and receive bonus funds immediately as rollover will be completed.
But we understand that there were a miscommunication, so we'll get back to you with some positive solution in this case.
