Is there something wrong with Betop.gg's withdrawal system?
They claim to have fast payouts as they stated under the Main advantages in the OP but as I can see here is that there are many complains of slow withdrawal.
Some users says about several days pending and some other says several weeks pending, so where is the "fast payout" here?

they changed the system, seems they do it manually and verifying every withdraw. they also decrease the withdrawal limit.
I have posted about this, they must update the term and service to change fast payout to be verify anything.

If you are making withdrawals manually, it's better you stated it so that users don't keep complaining and even then, this duration is long, waiting to get a withdrawal for more than a week, I bet the deposits will be instant.

If you have a complaint about withdrawal, try and indicate the withdrawal ID so that they can be easily track and resolve, it will help the support and yourself.

Changing the withdrawal process system from automatic to manual is not a big problem but processing withdrawal after weeks is not acceptable.
Verifying the withdrawal should not take that long time IMO, at least I have not seen any site do the same thing like betop.
I wonder what do they usually say to players when the players ask about the long withdrawal by email/live support if any.
Betop needs to improve the service, otherwise they will lose their players because of the withdrawal issues.

Withdrawal requests should be verified and approved or rejected within 48 to 72 hours. Weeks are too long and not acceptable. It will create panic in users.

The withdrawal can be verified and processed manually and I know Betnomi has manual process too. I agree that Betop.gg have to improve the approval process to speed it up and bring better service for users. Especially with withdrawal, they will feel unhappy if their withdrawal requests in pending status for weeks.
