Hello, we don't have any problems with any own bets or winning. But here's the reason for lowering limits as we've mentioned earlier.

Our security team were monitoring betting activity, including yours for 2+ month period and found out multiple clear evidence(tens of times of occurrences) of coordinated betting with group of other users(overall <10 users of our platform), evidences includes constantly betting on the exact same selections with the same odds of same matches posted within few minutes of each others with this users group(always with participants of mentioned group, and not other users), and bunch of other evidence, which were rechecked and verified multiple times during times of investigation.
We want to underline, that this evidence is not just "users are betting on the same event/selection", but with constant verified patterns for particular group of users, which is not the same as other users betting on the same events and selections, which weren't affected anyhow.

This behavior is strictly prohibited by sportsbooks, and in our terms and conditions under Fraud and Collisions section:

16.2  Where there is evidence of a series of bets each containing the same (or very similar) selection(s) having been placed by or for the same individual or syndicate or individuals, BETOP.GG reserves the right to make bets void and suspend relevant accounts. This rule applies to both settled and unsettled bets.

16.3  If you have played in a professional capacity, or in tandem with other Customer(s) as part of a club, group, etc., or placed bets or wagers in a coordinated manner with other Customer(s) involving the same (or materially the same) selections; in this instance we further reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to restrict the total maximum pay out for the combined total of any such bets, to the equivalent of the Maximum Daily Payout limit permitted for a single Customer and suspend relevant accounts. BETOP.GG is for sole use on an individual basis and for personal entertainment only.

Even though we encountered losses from this coordinated unfair behavior, we didn't want to apply harshest punishments which are present in our terms, and giving ability to continue betting and making withdrawals with lowering limits for affected users.

I must share my experience with betop.

In the beginning, everything was ok.
The limits were solid. Payments were fast (1-2 days). The maximum payout was 20 mbtc per day which is quite ok.
I play a clean game all the time. 99.99% of my tickets are American sports like the NBA and MLB.
After I built the bankroll, the problems started.
The maximum daily payout has been reduced to 15mbtc and is now even reduced to 5mbtc!
That wouldn’t be a problem if the payouts were quick. Now payments are getting slower and slower, some are waiting for as long as 15 days. I write to them several times a week but it doesn’t help. Their support does not know how to answer questions. Very frivolous bookmaker. I have a balance of 100mbtc and I expect it will take me 2 years to pay it all off because they first must settle pending withdrawal before you are able to request a new one.
They even asked me for the KYC I went through. Of course, I should mention that my limit on ticket payment has been reduced, but it is still somewhat ok.
I don't think the betop is going in the right direction and they were very good for me.

And also during the time of playing for most users BTC price increased for 55%+, and as we initially set limits in fiat value equivalent, limits for bet/withdrawal were also affected.
Sometimes some delay could happen due to additional security checks needed for processing, but we try to resolve issues as we can.
