We've rechecked logging in on chrome and all works. Maybe try to clean the cache, log in in incognito mode to test.

I was actually wondering if KYC is mandatory like some other sites or optional and good to know that at least some sites still respect anonymity otherwise most of the good ones are trying to get KYC from users by either giving them lucrative offers or stopping their withdrawal randomly.

Thanks for feedback, yes, we were trying some different outside services for few promotional emails sending and they did have low deliverability for inbox, so we stopped using them.
