This is still not paid!!!

5mBTC is a very small amount. I can not imagine one single reason why they should keep the funds.
Has this something to do with KYC ?

My account is full verified since months...Like everybody has the same problem here,its more then a few people bet the same games,thats normal when season break and only a few freindlys are available, looks like even they are broke..they told they make a bigger limit after a time,but was first 5 then 2 mbtc and now since 1 month a bet nothing there but no limits upgrade
Why should i set a withdrawl limit but no betting limit...when i count all these problems including my 100mbtc looks like they start a big fraud and collects from all winning player the mbtc...when  dont want those player i let them withdrawl and leave but that will not happend here.i wrote several support questions,a 1.3 mbtc a 50 euro transaction pending since 12 days....BIG Fraud vom Betop and nothing else! Dont tell the same old story with the limit and the bets,thats annoying

It would be excellent if OP could give some explanation for the measure of having reduced the withdrawal limits, maybe they are applying some kind of measure of approval to some license requirement or something?
