Roma had really serious problems in the Vitesse game today but thankfully they still won by 1-0 at the end. I trusted them and added their win to my betslip. They made me really nervous after seeing that they were giving so many opportunities to their opponent here. I can't say that Roma totally deserved this win. Therefore, they will need to be much more aware in the rematch not to come across a big surprise. Vitesse are an unpredictable team and they can make big difficulties for them again.

I wasn't so lucky since I had both to score on Roma game. Did not watch the whole thing but some parts i did watch Vitesse was much better team and I believe they deserved some points here or at least a goal.

Now I am waiting for both to score on Leicester game, they were bad in defense in recent times so hopefully Rennes will score one.

It looks like you had a very unlucky day. Because we didn't see both teams scoring in the Leicester - Rennes game either. And I really didn't understand how this didn't happen. Rennes had so many opportunities to score actually but they had only one shot on target. And this had a big role in their not scoring in this game. I'm pretty sure that it will happen in the rematch. I don't think that Rennes would let Leicester advance to next round too easily. Rennes also are a good team in this tournament and they would do their best.

Very unlucky for sure. I watched parts of both games and the underdogs deserved to score maybe even more than one goal. Win some, loose some.

I lost my bets but I am still sort of happy with my choice. The reasoning behind both to score was solid and on another day they would have passed in first half.

I get really angry when I misjudge the game and there is no chances at all. Those are bad calls I strive to put out of my tickets.

This is the conference league. My bet would still be on Leicester as I think they are certainly not satisfied with the way their season is going so far. Even though it is a new title, winning it would still be kind of a good result. They aren't on the level that it's normal for them to play in the Champions League. The are also quite of reach of the international qualifiers. Which would make a win of the Conference League quite valuable as you qualified directly for the Europa League in the subsequent season. PSV Eindhoven and Roma might also serious contenders.

The truth is that I had not seen it that way, for now I think that one of the things you said makes me lean much more towards Roma, honestly I have seen that Italian football is having a lot of relevance and the players who are currently in Roma they are taking the old style like that of Emperor Totti, which is of a great defense and with lightning counterattacks, with precise passes ready to score, well I have seen that in the games, and it reminded me of the football shown at that time .

What you are talking about here: the classic example was the Champions League final between Inter Milan and Bayern Munich when Mourinho was coach and Milito still played Extremely strong defense and only two to three attacks with maximum efficiency and boom! It's true, it's an interesting style and not surprising at this point that the coach of Roma, guess what, is called Mourinho!

I would say it is his style for the most part. He also tried to turn Real Madrid into a team that puts emphasis on defense, but it didn't really work out. The DNA is a good bit different, or at least has been at the time when Mourinho was coach in Madrid. Roma is definitely one of the candidates for this title and I think Mourinho is someone who loves to collect titles no matter what the name or prestige of the title is. He would rather say I won them all than I won the CL twice but nothing else.

Copenhagen aren't exactly lighting up the world with their brand of football BUT they have not lost a single game since October and at 7/1 to win against Eindhoven, (who I will remember got smashed by Sociedad) that's a bet I take all day. Only managed to get 6.6 but I thought it'd actually get worse. Oh well.

So, I made a schoolboy mistake here on my Copenhagen bet shared earlier above, just thought to update.

Was going on Fairlay for a last-ditch Liverpool bet, I noticed my balance was higher than it should be. Checked and the 66/10 bet I took above wasn't a ML full-time bet, but a half-time one! No wonder the odds were a little lower than when I first checked. Feels nice to get a win, feels even nicer to be surprised I won it and hadn't realised, feels even, even nicer that I won it from a mistake.

Go figure!

Rennes - Leicester game can be interesting too. I remember that Leicester won the first game by 2-0. Rennes didn't find very few chances actually. They found many. But they were just not good at even finding the target. Only one of their fourteen shots found the target. Bookmakers favour Rennes to win here but their probability isn't too high of course. Leicester wouldn't let them have it just like that after capturing a good advantage. I think this game will end in a draw like 1-1.

Just few minutes ago few matches are started most interesting matches are surely which are you saying because PSV is having not good time at home and now having some hard fight for next round spot because Copenhagen is good but PSV is also had good experienced players those can make some good difference in this game.

Few French sides are also needed to do some good if they need to qualify for next round as in first phase Marseille is done good, but Rennes were outclassed by Leicester City here early goal from home team is showing how this match is going to be heated fight for next round between these two teams. Dutch side AZ Alkmaar is also comfortable at home, and they can snatch their next round spot as well.

Edit: PSV also in aggressive mood and they take early lead against Copenhagen in this second phase which is very fascinating match.

75th minute game in progress and score is 2 - 1 with now most chances Leicester City is going to be in next round with having 2 - 0 lead in first phase of this round because Rennes need to score one more goal for ending deadlock with PSV is also in next round after very exciting first phase draw 4 - 4 now in lead of 0 - 3 which is commanding for them, but other two teams are in some trouble with Marseille is also 1 - 1 after winning first phase by 2 - 1, so these teams are in good advantage, but AZ Alkmaar can go for extra time because after having first phase 1 - 2 now winning 2 - 1.

Now we have less than fifteen minutes in this round after these matches we have some more exciting matches in 30 minutes as Roma and Feyenoord playing at home after winning first phase matches against their opponents.

I also find PSV's 0-4 victory quite remarkable. Last week these 2 teams played against each other in Eindhoven and it still became 4-4. And now PSV is completely over it. PSV used to be a strong team in the CL, but they now have to lower themselves to the Conference league. Kicked out by Benfica in qualifying for the CL, and AJAX also as a compatriot, that must hurt. I can't say who I think will win the Conference league the most.

From what I see the results of Europa League are coming mostly as predicted with a few surprises.I would call a surprise the elimination of Az Alkmaar in extra time from Bodo Glimt and although a surprise result up until now I see Roma not being able to score against Vitesse for so many minutes now and they are playing in Italy,I doubt Vitesse is as strong but Roma is risking it big here as they are only leading by one goal in aggregate result and anything can happen if Vitesse scores.

I am surprised also at such a bad appearance by Fc Kopenhagen,they play really strong at home but most probably PSV are much better than them that they were able to completely dominate the game since the early minutes.

Overall the good thing here is that fewer surprises are happening compared to the Champions League.

Vitesse are a really hungry team in the Europa League. They want to achieve the best success they can here as they don't have many opportunities in European tournaments as far as I know. Abraham has scored in the 91th minute and with that goal Roma has went into the next round and still has hopes of winning the title. But with how they are playing in dont think they will be able to pass the next round no matter who their opponent is

Probably not many watched LASK - Slavia game, I saw moments of it on simulcast and it was quite epic. Slavia were leading 2:1, they got red card, but managed to score another goal. In 2nd half LASK made score 2:3. On 58th minute Slavia got another red card and it let LASK to respond with 2 goals and win game 4:3. But Slavia goes to next round on aggregate scoe 5:7
Roma reached next round only after late goal of Abraham, which made aggregate score against Vitesse 2:1.
In general, no big upsets - I don't call AZ being eliminated by Bodo/Glimt as big surprise, considering how Bodo are playing thisseason. And it was difficult to expect such big PSV win.

Roma continued in the ECL thanks to Tammy Abraham's goal in the stoppage time. But I didn't like their general performance even a bit. This was not like the real Roma. They performed like a much worse team in this game. If Roma want to play big here and win the title, they must improve their performance a lot. They can't make do with this level.

The problem is they are not just performing badly in Europe they are also now slipping away in Serie A. Roma and Mourinho just looked so good together at the start of the season and when you saw the young strikeforce in Tammy Abraham also enjoying themselves you could really appreciate it but somehow everything could not keep together.

They should really be one of the favorites here,,, well Spurs should have been but

A part Marseille, well not very sure too, all the games are hard to predict its outcomes and of course Leicester - PSV is the best in term of teams quality but the worst to figure out the winner. The odds in these games are x2-3 with a slight advantage for Leicester, Roma and Feyenoord
